Finally getting back into the gym and strapped the belt on and after 2-4 reps the belt was failing. The velcro on these needs to be heavier duty. Shopping for a new belt and won't be getting one with velcro.Been using this belt for a little while now. Didn't think a belt made that much of a difference, but it really does. I feel much more stable and safe. I have lower back issues so feeling stable is important to me. Customer service is top notch. I got the large originally which was to big. They sent me a medium very quick. After about 6 weeks the Velcro started to fail and I couldn't push out against the belt to create pressure without the Velcro letting go. I sent them a message and they sent me a new one right away. The sizing guide runs big.
