The battery cavity seemed too large for batteries, and maybe that why. I emailed the company explaining my issues, within hours they had replied, apologized and vowed to send another set. Wow! within just a few days we received the new unit which works perfectly. Glad to know there are still companies out there who listen to customers. Very pleased with their customer service and equally with this product.

It´s a limited edited.

I ordered this as a gift for my 5 year old daughter. I was very pleased with the overall product. She was very excited and stunned upon opening her gift. Unfortunately, the unit we ordered didn't work, we tried multiple sets of batteries, and the lights just didnt turn on. The battery cavity seemed too large for batteries, and maybe that why. I emailed the company explaining my issues, within hours they had replied, apologized and vowed to send another set. Wow! within just a few days we received the new unit which works perfectly.
