A concise and fair view
I think this book needs to be acknowledged for its brevity. Having said that, it highlights some of Jack Ma's best quotes and achievements. However, it does not describe his journey very vividly and neither his mistakes that much. I think that when he writes his own stuff, we will see more of it. This book is like a Eulogy to his work.

Felt like consolidation of Ma's interviews.
There is nothing new. About 95% of this is known to anyone who has followed at least 2-3 interviews of Ma. Maybe it's good for someone who doesn't know anything about Ma.It was a quick read though. Took me hardly 15 minutes. Simple uncomplicated language used.

Written in hurry!
The book while captures some of the key interviews of Jack Ma that are available in YouTube, the book itself seems to have been written in a hurry to summarise a 600 page biography with no proper flow or connection between events or motivation behind certain actions. Was disappointed to learn very less from a book, which seems like mostly from the Davos interview transcript!

Disappointing book---Read the wikipedia page instead!
My recommendation is: Read the wikipedia page on Jack Ma for free and you will get more detailed information. The book has 45 pages, maximum 15 lines per page in very big fonts. It largely follows the wikipedia page but leaves out critical details. The book does not even contain the name and any information about the author.May be he is ashamed of the book?

Simple and elegantly written
The honesty and the transparency was nice. I also enjoyed the quote sections. Even though short, I learned a lot
