Moldabela’s quality woolen rugs are an expression of this rich cultural heritage and a must-have addition to any home. Our eye-catching designs are machine-made using 100% fine quality natural wool. They look stunning, are soft to touch with a wonderful silky texture, but are also extremely resilient and hard wearing. This makes their smooth finish surprisingly resistant to stains and dirt.Moldabela rugs combine luxury and longevity with enduring elegance. They minimise imprints from heavy furniture and footwear, whilst the natural wool also boasts hypoallergenic qualities: dust is retained within the fibres, and the surface absorbs moisture and balances humidity. Our rugs are therefore perfect for both your home and wellbeing.A quality Moldabela rug will help you create a truly unique interior. With tribal influences to the fore, this stylish carpet complements both classical and contemporary interiors and is sure to become both a focal point and talking point of any room. What interior styling experts say about this quality easy to look after Classic Antique red rug:“Whilst the colours are classic and traditional, the design of this rug is playful and more modern. Evoking an Aztec feel and using tribal motifs and patterns, this rug is meant to be noticed. Don’t hide it away under beds and sofas, let it be the focal point in a room; let it dictate the rest of the décor. The vibrant colour scheme works well with simple creams and neutral shades yet would also look good in a more eclectic home. Clash with pinks for an edgy look or allow it to shine with on-trend shades of grey.” – Jen Stanbrook, Love Chic Living, multi-award winning design blog. ## Features - About this item - Made in Moldova using the very finest 100% natural wool – brings wellbeing and enduring elegance to any interior - High quality Classic rug ideal for traditional, classic, modern and contemporary spaces - A stunning rug that's comfortable under foot, durable and resilient, eco-friendly and practical. I believe it is made from New Zealand wool. It arrived yesterday and was unpacked today. It is so soft and the colours of the blues and reds are perfect. Worth every penny. I may persuade my husband to buy a bigger one for my front room! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brave decision to order high value items on line and delighted with outcome. *by C***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 January 2021* It was with some trepidation that we decided to order new rugs on line, but were unable to find any local suppliers. We placed our order and spent an anxious few days wondering if we had done the right thing. When they were delivered I stopped whatever I was doing and unwrapped the rugs. Result..absolute delight. Evening meal was late that day as I insisted the rugs be put down and everything put in place around them. They feel deep and luxurious and look great. So glad that we took the risk of buying on line. The only snag...we have decided that we will need to change our curtains to pick out the blue tones. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality Item *by M***J on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 August 2020* Arrived ahead of schedule, well wrapped in sturdy polythene, and in perfect condition. Rug is as advertised, with a thicker pile than I had expected, well finished and luxurious feel to it! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/156239075-moldabela-classic-natural-wool-rug-for-living-room-and-bedroom](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/156239075-moldabela-classic-natural-wool-rug-for-living-room-and-bedroom) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
