This product is excellent for beginners. It is very easy to use and you can perform almost all the exercises using these bands.The bands are self sufficient and you do not need any other equipment for your exercises.YouTube is filled with videos containing exercises for different body parts using these bands. No need to go to gym.Excellent product. Great durability. No wear and tear till now. Have been using the product for a week now. Will update later.

Best alternative to gym
This is the best alternative to gym. It’s easy to use, has multiple levels of resistance and comes with a guide for specific body parts. There may be cheaper alternatives available but please go ahead for this one as the quality is just brilliant.

Good product
I have used it for over a month so far. The load is sufficient to tone the muscles. The quality of the material is good. It hasn't over stretched or broken. I can definitely recommend going for this product as a beginner.

Perfect fitness kit for lockdown times
The build and quality is very good almost at par with what the gyms use.Could have done better with extra length in the resistance tubes as than we could have done the wrap around squats with it.Nevertheless a good buy
