I was a bit concerned about the size and quality when purchasing these tights. I needn't have worried as they fit perfectly are are just the right thickness for my needs. I wear them as a thin layer under trousers with my patellar knee support. However I did size up - I usually wear Medium (standard size but curvy size 12) and bought a Large as per reviews. My usual size would have been too small.
