Excellent Protein Shake
I've had gastric bypass and had to drink my meals for a while. I can honestly say that this is the only good one out there. I think I've tried them all (not absolutely sure though) and this one is really tasty. It helped me to gain protein and lose weight. Yes, you still have to diet after gastric bypass. I've never had the banana, but the chocolate is the best. The strawberry is too sweet for me, but I sometimes mix the strawberry with the chocolate and make a new flavor. The cookies and cream is pretty nasty.

Decent RTD Shake
They aren't thick like Muscle Milk, but the taste is fairly good. There is an aftertaste, due to the artificial sweeteners. These often give me headaches due to the artificial sweeteners. But I do love what they do for me and the protein that they give me. Cholesterol is a bit higher, but still lower than some of the powder drinks I was looking at. Saturated fat runs of 8% carbs around 2% and sugars around 3G with 32G of protein. Pretty decent shake for 200 calories. I take this in addition to an extra protein bar with my normal caloric intake and have lost a lot of belly fat.

FAV shake!
I am a teacher who is very busy and loves to sleep in. have to be at work so early that I don't wake up in time to eat breakfast. I drink this as soon as I get to my classroom and it helps me stay full until my lunch break. The flavor is good and this is coming from a picky eater! The flavor is even better when I mix in a drop of peppermint oil in it 😍 amazon usually has the best deal on these shakes.

Delicious but delicate
After having tried several other brands and more often than not throwing away the container half-full in disgust over the flavor, aftertaste, or texture of the drink, I've been enjoying the Chocolate Milkshake flavor OhYeah Nutritional Shake for several months. I can honestly say it's something I *want* to drink rather than something I know I should or have to drink.Since it's not the easiest thing to find locally (only one of the 3 grocery chains here carries it and only as individual bottles) unless I go out of my way to a national fitness chain's store where it's available by the case, I was delighted to see Amazon carrying it and started ordering in June. The first two times I ordered a case (delivered free with Amazon Prime 2-day shipping), they arrived and were as good as the ones I'd been buying around town. Most recently, however, the case I ordered in late July arrived (my first time using subscribe-and-save since I don't foresee not wanting it anytime soon) and I can only conclude that the time spent during delivery in the mid-west summer heat soured it. Despite the prominent labeling that it contains no lactose (a fact to which my GI system certainly can attest), make no mistake that it does indeed contain milk and can sour.Other than instructions to serve chilled and refrigerate after opening, there are no guidelines on the individual bottles, but the case is labeled "Ambient Storage 40F-80F". I'm sure the cases I ordered in June were exposed to temperatures well above 80F with no noticeable degradation in flavor, but whether it was temperature being a few degrees warmer (highs in low-mid 100's instead of mid-high 90's) or the ground shipping (subscribe-and-save) instead of air shipping (prime), I'm going back to buying locally for the remainder of the summer. I'll once again start using Amazon when our highs start peaking in the 80s, but will stick to prime shipping just to be safe. I might end up back in the local stores once lows start dropping into the teens this winter, though.

These drinks taste great. I go on work trips a lot and can't make my usual full blown protein shake. I throw one of these in my luggage for every day of my trip for those annoying hotel workouts. I have to say, it tastes fantastic, and I am unable to drink anything that has a fake or chemically taste, but this just tastes like a yummy chocolate shake. It tastes as good as the comparable MM brand, but has more protein, so it's a win/win.

Protein shake
It's just the right amount of protein you need to startyour day with. Great taste. A little pricey, but I guessyou get what you pay for?The only negative thing I can speak of is the fact thatI have received several batches of these shakes thatwill not shake up entirely and at the bottom of the drink, there isclumpy left.I'm sure this is not typical, just my luck. They are great shakes.

It's OK
I love OH Yeah bars, so I thought this would give me another option to increase my protein in a meal replacement. I wasn't crazy about the flavor of this shakes. The flavor is similar to the Slimfast shakes that were available in the 70s. (They may still be out there, I haven't tried them in years!) These are OK, and I'll finish off the case, but probably won't buy anymore. I'll just stick with the bars. They taste better!
