I wish I could give this product so many more stars. My sister-in-law recommended this product to me after having surgery. I have tried both the strawberry and chocolate flavors and both are good. This is a great protein drink that doesn't taste like you sucking on sidewalk chalk or leave a weird after taste. I liked that it's lactose free and gluten free and a high level of protein. This particular purchase was for my 75 year old grandmother who fell, I wanted to make sure she was getting enough nutrients for her body to recover and more protein than ensure (and tastes a WHOLE LOT BETTER). My grandmother is picky and even she loved it.

I used to buy the plain Core Power and liked it okay, but it was too sweet. Then I found this! A few grams of protein less, but not as sweet, not as much sugar, and I love this flavor! I drink one almost every day for breakfast. Thinking seriously about subscribing to automatic shipments.

Great taste. I drink after work outs for a quick protein boost. This 11.5 oz drink provides 20 grams of protein, 11 grams carbs, 150 calories, 30 from fat, 11g sugar. Ingredients include filtered low fat grade A milk, banana puree, less than 1% honey, cane sugar, natural flavors, red beet juice concentrate, lactase enzyme, sodium polyphosphate, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, carrageenan, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3.

No chalky texture or strange after-taste. My favorite is the strawberry-banana, but I enjoyed all of the other flavors I've tried. It's not too heavy after a hard workout, but it seems to be an effective and convenient way of getting some protein without lots of added sugar.

This flavor was gone from shelves for awhile. When it came back, it was a larger bottle by a few ounces (which is fine), but they very obviously changed the formula somehow... and the flavor is gross now. There some sort of metallic after taste that it did not used to have. I'm trying to choke down the ones I bought, but I will not be purchasing any others, and it's SO VERY DISAPPOINTING. This was a favorite go-to to get some extra protein. Wish you would have left it alone.

I recently had sleeve gastric bypass surgery. By chance when my mother was in the hospital I ran to the snack bar looking for something I could drink for sustenance thay my new stomach could tolerate. I selected this light protein beverage and fell in love. I immediately ordered a case and today I ordered my second. The flavor is mild and not overwhelmingly strawberry or sickeningly sweet. Easily digested.

This is the only seller I've found who sells this product in a case. I drink these daily and even the grocery store doesn't always have them. I can get core power shakes cheaper at Sams Club, but not a case of the strawberry banana. This one is my favorite. I like to throw it in a blender with frozen strawberries and bananas for a real shake texture. It does not have a powdery texture or any kind of after-taste. I was very impressed with the care that the seller took in packaging and shipping the item. There wasn't a single dent on the package.

It tastes like bananas but not strawberry banana. Would prefer something a bit thicker. Decent protein but too much sugar and calories compared to alternatives. A nice addition to switch it up. Way overpriced compared to comeptitors.
