how is this packaged for shipment?

Ours is usually received in a insulated silver bubble wrap with other frozen items, or in a delivery bag with dry ice. Never an issue with this item, and it always arrives frozen.

When you order frozen stuff .it should be Frozen and in bed so the stuff doesn't melt and you end up with soup when it gets here

That's not a problem with the product but a problem with the delivery. You can always write reviews on Amazon. they let you rate every single delivery. And you can always call the local store if you got it from Whole Foods.

Is the container BPA free?

Love love love the raspberry flavour! It's the best! That's why I order it month after month. I couldn't care less about BPA so I did not read the information listed under "Description". If you're so concerned check "Description" it may tell you there.
