Much thinner than it looks
I haven’t decided if I’m going to keep this yet or not it’s very thin doesn’t really do what I thought it would do and haven’t been able to tell any real difference between foam and this product in noise canceling

These are okay.
Do not be too disappointed when you get the package - they are compressed in a small package. They will get their shape back. You need to open the package separate them all and then do not look again until about 36 hours for them to get all the way uncompressed. Once they have gained their shape they are nice. I got these for my son who already had some. The peaks measure anywhere from 1.75" to 1.5". I go back and forth between giving them 3 stars or 4. These are nicer than the ones he already has and is very happy with them but not as nice as the pics they show of them. Because he is happy I went with 4 stars.

One easy fix and they are perfect
These were described as 12x12x2. When they arrived the were smushed absolutely flat. I followed their directions of giving the 24 hours to spring back to normal size and they didn't. A put them one at a time in the clothes drier on Low for 20 minutes and they came out all fluffed up and the correct dimensions! See photo for before and after. MacGyver saves the day!

Fix the packaging
Because all the foam are tightly packed upon shipping, they are not 2 inches. In fact, when mine first arrived it was about half-inch thick. After letting it sit out for 24 hours, it's about an inch now. Shouldn't need to put it in the dryer or have to let it sit to somewhat return its normal size.

Probably the best value for money!
Recently installed this. Although I have a heavy duty sound system in my new house, the high ceilings and the walls in my living room were pretty much ruining the experience. But after installing these foam pads(which was extremely easy). We immediately noticed the difference. The mids were clearer, the highs and lows sounded clean. Overall, This is a inexpensive solution and a must have in my opinion. I’ll recommend you pick a few of these up. You’ll not regret it! The items were delivered on time and very quickly.

Great to reduce background noise and add aesthetic to my room
It's exactly what I expected and very thick. I purchased these panels and arranged them in my bedroom. I usually can hear outside footsteps since I live in a condominium building but after installing these panels, the noise level was noticeably lower and could barely hear the outside noise. As far as mounting, I placed some Scotch double stick indoor mounting squares on the back of them. Then I placed painters tape on the wall and then pressed the mounting tape against that. The purpose of the painters tape is so that the scotch squares don't rip the paint off the wall.

Compressed packing method ruins the product
The manufacturer clearly states the product is shipped compressed and to let it expand. However, the foam never returns to it's original state if you were to compare this to the product images supplied. What's more, each panel has different resulting defects such as a wrinkled or rolled edge, a warped peak. Most importantly, the panels aren't uniform, nor do all of them return to a 2" peak. You're best looking for a manufacturer that doesn't ship compressed product.
