I tend to live with things for a long while. I sleep with (6) pillows, 2 each of a different texture. My feather pillows were 34 years old and only had a handful of feathers left in them. The new pillows were vacuumed packed fitting both inside a small shipping box. After opening the box (carefully not to cut the pillows) the two individually wrapped pillows came out easily. When I opened the vacuum packages they expanded quickly into their full shape. As per the instructions, I tossed them in the dryer and they firmed up rather nicely. I am sure they will pack down with some extended use, but the first night sleeping with the was a dream. I'll see if I can get another 30 years or so out of these!

This pillow puffed up a lot and quickly after I removed it from the vacuum packaging. It appears well made. I put it inside of a pillow protector and then in my pillow case. The pillow puffs back up after I get up out of bed and I have not had any issues with feather loss. I have been sleeping on the pillow just about two weeks now, and it works quite well for my needs. I am primarily a back sleeper and I do have some neck issues. I wanted a down pillow with all cotton casing (and I just hoped to get enough fill) so that is why I purchased this one. I cannot say how this pillow would be for a side sleeper. I do think a higher percentage of down feathers would probably give it a more lofty/cushy feel. I would not consider it medium support and it will flatten down where your head is on the pillow - but that is what works for my neck. I will update with any issues.

I’ve owned down and feather pillows for a very long time. While I’m not a pillow snob I like my pillows on the softer side. This pillow did not meet my expectations. It was a firmer than I like. With a pillow like this you expect it to envelop your head. This does not. I’m disappointed because I bought it even though there were no reviews. This was the middle pillow and because there weren’t any soft pillows left I took a chance. I hope your company can make this right somehow.

Well pillows are not filled very flat after 3 months had feather pillows all my life and know how to treat them but this pillow is no good I’m very upset what I paid for them .😡

These are the most perfect pillows I've ever owned. I was sold on the Iso Cool pillows for years and when I went to replace them, they had changed dramatically and were hard as a rock. I love these. They are still very firm but in a fluffy, cozy way. My husband likes mushy pillow with no support. I bought these for every room in the house.

These pillows are AWFUL! First of all they smell like whoever made these pillows went in their backyard and murdered a goose themselves! They small HORRIBLE!! Second, they do NOT hold their shape at all. No amount of fluffing these pillows fixes the problem. Plus these pillows are very expensive! I would literally rather use a cat’s litter box for a pillow than these! ZERO out of 5 stars!

I like that it's comfy and doesn't have feathers poking me. I like the softness of the fabric and that it's not a hard, foam pillow that hurts my neck. I like getting a full-nights' sleep without having to have to adjust the pillow several times - or give up and toss it aside. I like the packaging and the care taken in making the pillow and the companies' concern for my safety by packing it so it wouldn't open during shipping, and they checked in on me to make sure I liked their product. I like feather pillows and I know that not everyone does, but for me, these are high-end products to be enjoyed for a long, long time.

The pillow is well made, the fabric cover is nice thick fabric but it isn't stuffed enough for me. It feels good at first but quickly flattens out. It seems like a quality pillow if you like them really flat or use multiples.
