This is a very well-made bundt cake pan. It's sturdy and will not bend or flex at all. I like that it has handles on the sides, which make it very easy to carry in and out of the oven without sticking your mitts into the batter. They also make it much easier to hold onto the pan when you're flipping it over to release the cake. Seeing how much they help, I would not buy a pan with out handles! The non-stick coating is thick and works very well - I used a little butter and flour and the cake fell out with no problem, not a crumb sticking to the pan. The bundt design is a classic, simple one, but it makes the cakes look so nice, even when covered with icing. This is my first time making a bundt cake and it came out perfectly. I made this with my regular chocolate cake recipe and I really liked how it cooked so well and evenly throughout, because of the hole in the middle. My recipe is gluten free and can sometimes be a bit dense in the middle of a layer, but having this bundt pan allowed the batter to cook all the way through and it came out so nice and fluffy, I think I will make my layer cake recipes as bundts now, LOL!

Love this pan! I use this most often for Vegan Caribbean Rum Cake (recipe below), but have also used it for a Vegan Banana Bundt and Vegan Spiced Applesauce Bundt. Very heavy duty, cake bakes evenly, and releases easily. Easy to clean. Highly recommend. Vegan Caribbean Rum Cake Ingredients Cake 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour 3/4 cups sugar 3.4-ounce box instant Vegan vanilla pudding mix (not sugar-free) 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Vegan, softened 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup almond milk, room temperature 1 cup applesauce 1/2 cup rum, plain 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon butter-rum flavor Syrup 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Vegan 1/4 cup water 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup rum, plain 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Preheat oven to 325°F. Place the flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking powder, salt, butter, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl, and mix at medium speed until everything is thoroughly combined. Beat in the milk and applesauce. Stir in rum, vanilla, and butter-rum flavor. Spritz Bundt pan with cooking spray. Bake cake for 50 to 60 minutes. Leave cake in the pan to cool while you make the syrup. In a medium saucepan combine syrup ingredients, except vanilla. Bring to rapid boil then reduce to a simmer and cook (without stirring) for about 5 to 8 minutes, until the syrup thickens slightly. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Use a long skewer to poke holes all over the cake. Pour about 1/4 cup of the syrup over the cake (still in the pan). Allow the syrup to soak in, then repeat again and again until all the syrup is used. Cover the pan loosely with plastic wrap and allow the cake to sit overnight at room temperature to cool completely and soak in the syrup. When ready to serve, loosen the edges of the cake and invert onto your serving plate.

The best thing about this is that I've never had a problem getting cakes out of it, which is sometimes a problem with bundt pans. However, I find I have to be very careful about baking times, as the dark colour means that cakes tend to burn quicker if left too long. I usually start checking about 15-20 minutes before the time stated in the recipe or bake at a slightly lower temperature than recommended in the recipe. Also, I usually end up with one section of the cake a little darker than the rest, though this could be due to hot spots in my oven.

El tamaño es perfecto para un pastel, caben bien en el hornito eléctrico. Si bien no son muy gruesos, la calidad es buena, se siente resistente y el pan desmolda sin problema. Me pareció buenísimo la opción de que venga en paquete de 2 y a un precio fabuloso ($360) . Se agradece bastante que tenga asas, pues hacen que sea mucho más fácil meter o sacar del horno. Solo hay que cuidar de no golpearlos, porque se pueden abollar (ya me sucedió al golpearlo sin querer al guardar).

I love this pan. I use it to make rum cakes at Christmas. The cI would recommend this product.ake slides out easy as can be, even if it's just come out of the oven. Also cleaning it is quick and easy.

Received it and got baking at once! I have baking pans from Wilton and they have never disappointed me. This is no different, slides right out without greasing too!
