the product has a genuine leather look. Just that it left some scratches on my AirPods when I tried to put them off. Also it is almost impossible to put the case off of your AirPods when needed. You need to cut the lining of your case just precisely where it is joined with the other half of the case to easily remove the upper cap-like half of it from the other
