Damascus Gear: DWC Three Finger Archery Gloves (Medium)

I have had many shooting gloves and tabs. This has been my favorite glove. Fits great I have men’s xl and have large hands. Used with many draw weights up to 58 pounds and can get clean release and no finger pain. Would buy again

Bought a size small to shoot my 20 pound bow recurve with. My fingers don't hurt even after shooting for several hours. The leather feels soft and is comfortable to wear. The velcro doesn't touch my skin. I like that the leather is thin enough you can feel the string. I was a little worried because of the men's sizing, but it fits fairly well except for the wrist being a little loose, which is doable with tightening the velcro strap. The glove fits my fingers perfectly. My middle finger measures 3 inches, from tip of middle finger to wrist is around 7 inches, and wrist circumference is around 6.5 inches. Stitch quality is just okay and is very uneven in places. Hopefully it'll hold together for a while.

I shoot a 40lb take-down recurve that I received this past Christmas. The glove it came with was too thick, and had really cruddy string feel. After researching different gloves (I'm not fond of finger tabs), I found the Damascus glove, which boasted reliability on low poundage bows, and great string feel. I definitely wasn't disappointed! Another review said to size down, since it runs small. I have big hands, but I fit into a small well enough. String feel is awesome, my fingers don't get sore, and it's a great glove. Only drawback was the serious odor from the leather dye. I'm not sure what they did, but it was pretty nasty. Thankfully, the smell is gone.

used this glove for more than a year now, and still works well. fits pretty well, but not perfect. my glove is starting to get some holes in the middle finger but ive gotten some good use out of it so im pretty sastified. the fingertips are reinforced. the leather is supple and not stiff.

I ordered this glove because it is a little thinner than most archery gloves. I had been shooting a practice bow bare handed but when I got a new bow needed to have some finger protection and didn't want anything too thick while getting used to using one. I am happy with the glove as it seems that it will break in quickly and doesn't cut off all the string sensitivity. It seems to breath well as my hand wasn't overly hot after shooting for 30 minutes in the Florida heat. The size chart listed on the amazon page is off though. I used the one listed on 3Rivers archery and am glad I did or the glove would have been too big for me. The only thing I didn't like about the glove is that it smells pretty bad and the velcro strap around the wrist is rough, hoping it will break it quickly too. Its is also a bit on the pricey side for as thin as it is. I don't think it will hold up well. Update: the glove did hold up well, I used the 1st one for nearly 2 years before it started breaking down in the fingers and started to hurt when shooting. Unfortunately, the 2nd glove wasn't as good as the first. This one looked cheaper and didn't fit quite the same. After 15 minutes of shooting the fingertip coating started to peel off. I don't think I'll buy this brand again. I was happy with the first glove but quality has unfortunately gone down hill.

If your looking for a comfortable glove that functions nicely while shooting arrows this one works. I've used those thick leather, bulky archery gloves in the past and this glove is nice especially for the price. The leather reminds me of driving gloves/ good quality motorcycle gloves that take very little to wear them in. Make sure you know your glove size. Easy trick go to Ace or Home Depot and try on some work gloves that are snug but not really tight.

It's a great glove, but it's right on the threshold of being too thin for me at 50 pounds. Other than that, it's well-made, comfortable, and you have to love the dexterity that's available with a glove that a tab just can't match. You're always ready to shoot, but don't have the equivalent of 3 fingers a la ninja turtle. The release is smooth, but a tab will be smoother. So far, I haven't grooved it too bad, the stitching is holding, and the velcro is fine. Don't be macho about ordering a shooting glove. Check the sizing guides online. I have, what most people would call, large-sized hands. However, my hands are narrow, and a medium stretched to give me a good fit. If you have a bunch of excess hanging off the end, you're going to get slapped in the face or mess up your release. The glove will break in some. If you're shooting a 50 pound bow or under, give this a try. If you're shooting a tree trunk with a string on it, go for something heavier, preferably with cordovan or nylon reinforced tips or finger stalls.

My son started archery lessons about 6 months ago and we always have to use the gloves at the range. He really likes these more as they are softer and more pliable... however, because they are softer I'm not sure they protect his fingers as much. He says his fingers sting more after shooting. Overall, I think he prefers these over the harder ones. They shipped fast and are made well.

Good product, Fits nice and tightly. Sizing chart was accurate for small. String slides off glove smoothly. Only shot one session so far, but so far glove has held up nicely and improved accuracy. Hard to find a glove that has an accurate sizing chart, very pleased with this purchase, will likely buy an extra one now that I know the fit is good.

Fits a little small. Fingers are snug and perfect but I would've liked it to be longer so it doesn't shaft my thumb bone at the wrist. Other then that, seems very well made. I am using it with a 25lbs bow and it is thick enough to protect my fingers without taking off all feeling of the string.

Made of real leather and seems to be holding up after months of usage

They sent me the wrong size, otherwise, it seem decent but wouldn't fit my hand.
