URBN 20000 mAh Li-Polymer Ultra Compact Power Bank | 12W Fast Charge | Dual USB Output | Type C & Micro Input Only | Pocket Size | Made in India (Camo)

Good

I'm a college student who uses it practically daily and it's always ready to go. It takes half an hour to charge my phone. It features both micro USB and USB Type C ports, which is really convenient. I'm writing this review after four months of use and have yet to encounter a battery issue. It does take a long time to charge (about 3 to 4 hours), but it does fill your phone's battery.

Excellent

I recently purchased the URBN 20000 mAh Li-Polymer Ultra Compact Power Bank with high expectations, but my overall experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. Firstly, let's touch on the positive aspects. The power bank itself is a good product. Its compact design is convenient for on-the-go charging, and the 20000 mAh capacity is impressive. The 12W fast charge feature ensures that my devices charge relatively quickly when it works. However, the major downfall lies in the terrible customer support I encountered. I faced an issue with the power bank not functioning properly with my iPhone. Despite its dual USB output and Type C & Micro inputs, the power bank consistently failed to charge my iPhone. I reached out to customer support for assistance, expecting a prompt and helpful resolution. To my dismay, the customer support was unresponsive and provided no solution to my problem. I felt completely ignored and abandoned, which is unacceptable when spending hard-earned money on a product. A lack of communication and support has severely tarnished my experience with this brand. If you own an iPhone and are considering this power bank, be aware that it may not work as expected, and the customer support team may not be there to assist you. It's disheartening to invest in a product only to face compatibility issues and receive no help in resolving them. I regret this purchase and would caution others, especially iPhone users, against choosing this power bank.

Works alright. Nothing special

Urbn power bank looking is like mate look. Mate cover is very important to easy handling. Compact in size so it is very easy to carry in pocket as well as hand. Power bank weight is too light as compared to other 20000 mAh power bank. Digital charging indicator is very help to know charging of power bank. C type and micro USB type port is working effectively to charge device. It's take less time to charge mobile. 12W output support too fast charge which is help to time saving. On/off button looks and operated very smoothly. Overall look , quality, and design of power bank is splendid. This product is best for in this budget. I prefer to buy this product as I'm very glad to use this powerbank.

Compact size and long lost

Well, I ordered the urbn 20000mah powerbank. For buyers who haven't owned a power bank or don't know which is the best than my friend, just close your eyes and by this. It is value for money. It is just 1,100rs. and I find that extremely cheap. So about the overview of the bank, it is very sturdy and all the parts which are used look and feel extravagant. The design is compact than the other powerbanks whose capacity is 20000mah. and those were seriously heavy and bulky. This one has premium design and I recommend buying the green colour as it looks good. It also takes a shorter time for charging. For a full charge(0 to 100%) it takes 4-5 hours if you use a regular 2A wall charger.
