Higher quality than you'd expect for the price.
I expected these to be low quality but good enough for what I needed. I was surprised at how nice they actually are. I don't know if they'd hold up to a combat situation but I don't plan on seeing combat. These went on my competition 22LR and honestly I love them! Very sturdy, easy to use, lock into position well and work very well for what I use them for.

These are not made of plastic Fred
I bought one of these about a month ago and like it so much I bought second one. I was reading the reviews and someone said these were all plastic, not so these are all aluminum only the feet are plastic, I scratched just to make sure. I have three other picatinny bipods that are much wobblier, this one is mounted to and M-loc rail and is much sturdier. These should have no problem handling recoil up to a 3006. If I was jumping out of planes into WW3 I might want one of those $400 jobs on my $10,000 rifle but this looks like it will do the job for anyone on a budget with an M-loc slot on the forend of their gun.

Good to go and great value
Likes: comes oiled and feels smooth on the leg action moving to different positions, easy to manipulate legs one handed, flush fitment install and no overlap rubbing against other attachments like a rail cover, springs are well sprung lol, four extra screws, clear instructions with attachment tool (hex wrench) Dislikes: feels cheaper to the touch than the utg bipod for example, would rather see an extra mlok attachment than four screws (maybe two screens and one mlok would be ideal), once locked in place theres an acceptable but noticeable flexing that isn't as locked in and tight as the UTG (still serviceable nonetheless)

Light duty only.
I purchased the bipod legs to build a wide adjustable bipod. Adjustability is good but the legs are not ment to support a heavy (10+ lbs) rifle, the legs will flex at the mounting point. Great for rimfires.

highly recommend
Great quality, strong, I like the adjustment system without externals springs. very clean design. I highly recommend.

A good buy
This bipod is made from light weight aluminum. I bought it for an EMF100 paintball marker. It is about 2 inches 2 short for my needs with the cf20 mag installed, but that is100% my fault for not measuring the required height. It works well, easy to stow, easy to deploy. It doesn't work for this application, however it will find a happy home on a real rifle.

Good stable design, poor execution
The design is sound, however the construction is very poor. The main m-lock mounts are made of a non-reinforced plastic that cracked while mounting! The crack formed from the flat head hardware acting like a wedge in the countersunk hole. It was installed with a wheeler fat wrench set to 15inch pounds. A button head screw in a flat bottom recess would be a better execution, or make the bases out of aluminum. Which I may end up doing as the leg themselves feel fairly sturdy with a good positive action on all the adjustments. These would be good for entry level airsoft, or other uses, but should not be used to support a real firearm as they’ll likely fail under recoil.

Missing a piece
I really like these bipods but this one was missing a nut which is why I only gave it a 3

lightweight. but check your fitment before purchase
welp, confirm your rail system is 90° or square on the flat sides of your rifle before buying this bipod. I wound with the magpul hunter stock the sides arent 90° and it causes the rifle to sit very low. I instead mounted it to my citidel tracker "that has flat sides" and it works great. very lightweight and works well for a light weight setup.

The not so bipod, bipod
Let’s be real. I can’t buy a bipod used, for this price. I truly expected a piece of crap. It’s actually fairly well built. Its composed mostly of polymer with aluminum and steel where its needed. I have this under a heavy barrel MDT chassis shooting 7 rem mag. The gun weighs 14.2 lbs. So far after 30-40 rds down the tube this bipod is still ticking and on my gun.

It’s 95% plastic
It’s all plastic. Only screws and springs are metal, I’m planning to use it on pcp air rifle which is recoil-free so don’t expect too much tension on the bipod but would not recommend this bipod for high calibre guns, the recoil will likely shear off the M-lok connectors. It’s shame they don’t do same design in full metal, I would be happy to pay twice this price for one made of metal.
