30" Industrial Direct Drive Drum Fan - 10380

The fan was missing one bolt for wheel installation made a call and the company sent another with no problem. Fan works great.

I actually bought this fan to replace a Hampton Bay pedestal fan that I used for over ten years on the second floor of my house. I own this fan's little brother as well which is the 24" version and I use that one on the first floor. Along with being more powerful, the other difference is this fan does not tilt like the 24" version does.The fan arrived in perfect condition and only required the wheels to be attached which takes less than a few minutes. It has three speeds with the lowest setting being about 1/2 as powerful as the highest setting and considerably quieter as well. It's quiet enough on that setting for me to leave on while sleeping.I'd say the 9,100 CFM claim is accurate based on the amount of air being pushed out as compared to the pedestal fan I have and the 24" version which is rated at 7,700 CFM.After a hot day when cool air begins to accumulate in the evening, I turn this fan on in front of my bedroom window and it cools the entire second floor (1,200 + square feet) very quickly. I love that I don't have to turn on my A/C to accomplish this. Lastly, the 1/2 HP motor does not get very hot at all even after running for hours.

Fan is high powered on any of three settings. Just had to screw on the two wheels, nothing else. No safe packaging on the inside, so it came dented – although it's not affecting the blade spinning, so we're not going to return it. Paid $200 and not going to get that deal elsewhere.

I'm very happy with this fan. I bought it for my large garage which doubles as my workshop, and it definitely does a good job at moving a lot of air. I don't have any windows that open so it gets a bit warm inside during the summer, but I open the doors and turn on this guy and it quickly cools it off inside. For a powerful fan, I find the noise level very acceptable. Very well balanced and very portable - it's easy to move around as needed. I may end up getting another one for my back patio...

Very quick shipping. 1250 square foot warehouse. Just turned it on and everyone smiled. Pushes a good amount of air. I have over the years had many fans, and while it is just a fan, it does a great job. Nothing to assemble, just put on 2 wheels. It took 3 minutes.

I was really excited to get this fan to cool off my shop. Upon opening the box, I found several dents, and the fan was missing one of the two axle bolts that hold the wheels on- not to mention they are the wrong thread type and won’t even fit into the threads without stripping them. I placed on in until I met resistance which was about 3mm so I know they are the incorrect thread type. The box arrived dented and beat up, broken styrofoam. It would appear someone is shipping used or returned fans vs new ones. This seems to be a major problem now on Amazon I’m getting very tired of…. Unless you are okay with replacing hardware yourself and receiving a used dented item I would not purchase this item.

Fan arrived packaged well. Quality of materials appears good. It really moves some air. Great for my garage!
