I've used sominex for the last three years and swear by it. It's the only sleeping aid that helps with long flights or if you're feeling anxious at night but do not want to be knocked out the next morning. I've turned all my family onto it and it is truly worth it!

These are in blister packs and I had a hard time opening especially when tired and wanting to go to bed.

These did nothing for me. At first I thought it was because I took it from an old package I had, so I ordered a new package. It turned out to be a waste of my money. It just doesn't work for me.
