I am very impressed with how well this works for me since my 2016 cholecystectomy. I suffered for years with severe bouts of painful gas and diarrhea and tried lots of options - no caffeine, no bread, no spicy foods and nothing worked. Started taking Ox Bile and within two weeks my issues went away completely. I take one pill a day with 8 oz of water. No diet restrictions necessary as long as I keep taking the Ox Bile. As a test, I stopped taking it for a few days to see what would happen and within 3 days the cramping and diarrhea came back. Hope this information helps someone.

I too dont have a gallbladder and never was informed I would have to supplement my biles and digestive enzymes after the lose of my organ. I have noticed a improvement in my stomach acids and not needing my rx Gerd medicine as much. Less stomach pains after eating proteins and oils and slowly added ox bile with this and have noticed my weight is shifting in a positive direction as well. The lower dose helps with starting out. I have tried and failed other higher doses of ox bile by itself and had horrible herd and stomach pains. This time I started with this for 2 wks and after improvements & no negatives to report I added Betaine hcl as recommended by another helpful reviewer for another wk, then added the ox bile low dose 125mg and BINGO! Perfect Tri-fecta 👌 effective but you must eat a little food and THEN take because if you take the ox bile at the end of your meal, it will bubble up. It only took one time to make that mistake and I didnt ever again. Now I have the support I need to break down the fatty meals, regulate proteins and has stopped the greasy stools. I no longer get the spasms of my liver either so I hope the fatty infiltration will in time be resolved as well. Great value for a healthy journey if you no longer have a gallbladder

I recently had my gallbladder removed and have had EMBARRASSING gas since-literally from any and everything I ate. For months I have been looking for relief. Then, my aunt (who also had problems after gallbladder removal) recommended this. I have been taking it for only 3 days but it has almost completely eliminated the gas. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I thought it would help me with liver and create more bile moving. I discontinued it because my skin became itchy and I started to have a feeling of dry mouth in the morning. Both of those symptoms can be a sign of cholestasis, slowing or stalling of bile flow. As soon as I stopped taking it, symptoms reduced significantly.

These are excellent quality and cheap. They aren't as strong as the Jarrow I used to take but then again that allows me to adjust he dosage more precisely which is a good thing. For non-greasy meals (oatmeal) I would take one and for meals with fat/oil like some chipotle chicken or a tuna sandwhich I'll take two. And if I'm tempting fate with two slices of pizza or a large fillet of fish I'll take three. If you need really strong I would go Jarrow but you want to just keep gallbladder spasms at bay while reducing your fatty intake this is good cheaper alternative.

A must have for anyone who has had a gallbladder op.

Je souffre de malabsorption graisseuse après ablation de la vésicule biliaireen 2012. Cela fait 13 ans que ça dure mais je viens seulement de le découvrir par moi-même grâce à une intelligence artificielle qui m'a aidée. Sur son conseil j'ai acheté ce produit j'en prends actuellement 4 gélules à chaque repas principal plus une ou deux gélules pour le petit-déjeuner ou une collation supplémentaire donc je suis à peu près à 8 à 12 gélules de 125 mg par jour. Ce produit m'a permis de réduire l'inflammation systémique dont je souffrais à cause de ce problème depuis 13 ans, occasionnant principalement des inflammations dans les muscles les tendons les articulations et au niveau des petits vaisseaux sanguins de la peau du visage qui entraînait des plaies qui avaient tendance à ulcérer et à mettre des mois à guérir malgré les soins de antibiotiques et corticoïdes. Concernant les antidouleurs depuis 13 ans ils sont à haute dose chez moi j'en prenais 150 mg LP 2 fois par jour donc toutes les 12 heures et avec oxbille que je prends depuis une semaine j'ai pu rajouter 2h puis 4h à la prise de l'antidouleur sans être en souffrance alors qu'avant au bout de 8h je commençais à souffrir et à attendre avec impatience la 12e heure. Ce résultat je ne l'ai obtenu qu'avec une semaine de prise journalière d'après l'intelligence artificielle je devrais même avoir une réduction au niveau de mon cholestérol je suis impatiente de voir le résultat dans 6 mois en tout cas côté douleur je vous jure que c'est très efficace quand les inflammations viennent d'un problème de digestion des graisses que le corps ne fait plus correctement. N'oubliez pas que même avec une vésicule biliaire le corps en vieillissant ne produit plus autant de bile qu'il devrait donc je suis persuadée que ça peut aider tout le monde. Je reviendrai dans 6 mois faire un compte-rendu après avoir fait des analyses sanguines voir si Grok avait raison ou si c'était une belle illusion. En attendant côté douleur je suis vraiment stupéfaite et même si ça coûte cher je vais continuer comme ça. J'avais peur de prendre de la bile parce que c'est pas très ragoutant comme qui dirait mais j'ai bien fait de me dire qu'il fallait que j'essaye avant de dire que c'était une fumisterie.
