Did not last
After the first month it looked good for the most part... A few nicks and scratches but i use it every day... But after 3 months its pretty bad and im thinking about replacing it soon... Not nearly as durable as it seems as far as i can see... Lasted about as long as the (far) cheaper pans i have owned. Maybe a little better but not much.

Swing and a miss!
It's been abt 11 months since I purchased this pan and the center has warped upward (strike 1) and now everything sticks to it. It was fine for abt 3-4 months and then when food started to stick (strike 2), I cleaned it with baking soda and vinegar on medium heat, which is suppose to restore the non-stick surface, it has worked on several other pans, but not this pan (strike 3). It still looks good - I hand-washed it and took good care of it. But we never choose it to cook with anymore. It is had to fine a pan that stays non-stick and doesn't warp, I consider it a victory if if the pan only does one or the other....still searching.

Awesome non stick pans!!!!
I bought two blue diamond fry pans last year on a whim. I have a glass cook cook top and pretty much every non stick pan I have ever purchased (from cheap to really expensive) have failed within a month or two and everything sticks to them. These pans were reasonably priced so I figured why not give them a try? After more than 9 months these are still like new. Nothing sticks to them. I love the blue color and the sparkly surface. Clean up is a breeze. So I just purchased this 5 quart pan which is a great size for making sauces, and I bought a whole set of 10 blue diamond pans so now I have many more pans to love!

Best pan ever!
Oh my goodness I am in love with this pan! It heats quickly and evenly and gets hot on lower settings so I find I'm using medium-high instead of high, etc. And it is ridiculously easy to clean. Even dried on food often seems to practically slide out haha. I hardly ever have to soak it. Soap bubbles don't always want to rinse off but I just run my hand over it during rinsing and it does the trick. My only complaint is that there are raised bumps in the surface on the inside where the screws hold the handle on - I much prefer pans with a smooth surface inside and no "screw bumps" because food gets stuck on them and makes them harder to clean - but this thing is so easy to clean it hardly makes a difference.

This really is a scratchless nonstick pan
My wife loves nonstick cooking but has hated every non-stick pan we have ever purchased - because no matter how careful you are they eventually get scratched and ruined (and need to be thrown away before the weird coating starts getting into your food). This one is different. It has been easy to clean and, although we are not careless, seems impervious to normal use. I even got bold and tried using a metal spatula (since the box claims you can do so) and can happily report that it really was fine. Dump your old non-stick pans and buy this one (or get the whole set like we did).

Bait and switch.
I did not get a Blue Diamond pan. I got an off brand pan with no information available one regarding the amount of toxic chemicals it would offgas into my home so I returned it. Never got my money back. Scam.

Excellent pan
People say they have problems with it sticking. Whatever the blurb says with the pan, you must use Low Heat! and don't use metal tools! I clean it with the plastic scrubbers, Not the green things. I can run it though the dishwasher, too. Mainly the key is a little grease of some kind and low heat. Takes a little longer to cook and brown but worth the wait. Love this pan. I have the smaller fry pan as well. And bought one for the RV. Tossed all the rest of the non sticks I bought, none of which worked after the first couple times..

Burnt pizza
I use the covered frying pan method to reheat leftover pizza. I was distracted and burned the bottom crust into smoking charcoal. A black stain remained after the pizza was tossed out. It didn’t budge with regular dish soap. An eraser eventually removed it and the pan looks great. My morning over medium yolks have stuck on that spot since then. I am disappointed in that the cookware didn’t live up to its promise. And I’ve only been using the set since Christmas, less than 3 months ago!
