Good product and a good price. Quality glue gun. Interchangeable tips make it a perfect fit for any project.

The glue sticks shown are 10" sticks, it comes with 5" sticks. All of the inner packages had been ripped open even though they were zip lock bags. This was obviously a return. It hadn't been used but still it was a return so not sure if it did come with 10" sticks originally and someone swapped out for the 5" sticks. I haven't tried it yet to make sure it's in working order.

Lasted about a year and a half of rare usage
It worked great and got the job done. Nice case.Two flaws:1. Temperature control was pretty janky2. Trigger brokeIt probably isn’t appropriate quality for the price.
