Excellent, soothing, effective. The combination of Lysine and Lemon Balm is brilliant. The "scent" that some negative reviewers complain about is lemon balm. Anyone used to essential oils will not find it obnoxious. Soothed immediately, and woke up feeling so much better, even after just 1 application.

This is a blend that works magic and it provides instant relief. Will buy again.

If you're looking for a discreet product, this isn't it. I don't know if it works because I tried it once and smelled like a concentrated lemon orchard all day. Might make a great mosquito repellent though! UPDATE: Urban ReLeaf contacted me to offer a refund after my experience. Thank you, Urban ReLeaf, that won't be necessary. I'm updating this to 4 starrs from 3 because I wasn't kidding about it being a potential mosquito repellent. It is! We have those AWFUL little black mosquitos that you've heard about on tiktok. They are real and they are relentless. This lemon balm keeps them away. Just dilute and use around the ankles. Excellent customer service, Urban ReLeaf! Thank you for for putting customer over cost!

Anything I use From this company works. They had an older cream but I guess It’s discontinued but I love Love that one. I needed To re up so I tried this one. First off it leaves a yellow tint on the face. I don’t care about that as long as it works. If you’re complaining about the scent. Roll eyes. Get over it because that’s the lemon balm and it’s all natural. It’s pricey for the small size but honestly this will last a while because one drop is all you need x amount of times a day. I love How when it dries it leaves this yellow residue that can be peeled off it’s so satisfying especially when every time I peel It off or wake up after using it I see Progress. I used This at the end of my cold sore situation because I didnt Have the original stuff I bought From them to use at the start of my feeling that one was coming so what I will say is it did speed it up. The lysine pills weren’t working the last few days so this was drying it out and moisturizing it at the same time. The last day I didnt Out anything on it and just let it dry all the way up. I usually put the lemon balm cream on it at the first sign and it doesn’t prosper- so if It does end up coming up here is an idea on what to do. Once you’re at the blister stage and the blister is filled with pus (ew) pop them with a needle - out alcohol on the needle first then pop them all and press a tissue on each blister as you pop it. (My husband says put alcohol on the popped areas at this point, sometimes I do Sometimes I don’t.) if you do it will burn and it will get super red, at this point the Objective is to keep moisture off of it because if it stays wet it will not heal and dry out. Now load up with lysine pills to make the blister get smaller. You can add this cream to it and just keep allowing it to heal dry and get smaller. Once it creates a scab leave it alone and just continue to do the same things I just Stated. It will be gone in a week or less (the pills plus a cream from this company will have it gone gone) but your best bet is to buy it then keep it on hand whenever you feel the tingle. I usually Keep one at work, in my purse & at home. whatever tingle I feel Even if it doesn’t end up being a “cold sore tingle” I still Use it and the sores never come.

This stuff is a game changer. Anyone who gets blisters with any kind of regularity knows the only thing you want is to get rid of it FAST and this stuff does exactly that. Its soothing and dries it up in just a couple days if you start applying at the first sign of a blister. The smell isnt my favorite (smells a little like furniture polish) but its not terrible and fades quickly.

First- I actually chose and bought this product myself and am leaving an honest review. 2nd- this stuff is really incredible and heals various sores and irritations with just a few days. We noticed a difference within the first day of application and usually by day 3/4 whatever it is, is healed up. I like the smell.. definitely a potent lemon balm. I will be buying from this company again. I also love that it’s a family business.

I was disappointed with this product for several reasons: Firstly, the lemon scent and sensation are barely noticeable, falling short of my expectations. Furthermore, the product's quality seems to degrade quickly within a week. I observed a change in color to a dull yellow, indicating it doesn't preserve well. This requires that the product be used immediately after purchase, a requirement that is both inconvenient and often impractical; given the small quantity for each use, it feels like an excessive investment for minimal benefit. Another significant drawback is the company's return policy, or lack thereof, which means any dissatisfaction with the product results in a wasted expenditure without recourse. I had an essential oil from Whole Foods that I found in my pantry after I purchased this, so in comparison, buying a lemon essential oil from Whole Foods might offer a better value and satisfaction because it lasts longer and you can mix it with Vaseline to keep the lemon essence on your lips if you are seeking for the benefits. Sorry, because of that reason, this company gets one star.

I only received this today. I do not know how good it will work on fever blisters. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the bottle top that came on this is not the one pictured when I ordered it. The bottle top is a screw on top that you have to take on and off every time to use the product. The reason I ordered this because I wanted the popup spout. So I am not happy.
