Ordered this for a couples costume; wasn't sure if it would fit me or my husband, so took the chance. It is a standard adult size (code for skinny adult), so I'll be wearing it instead of my husband. I'm about 5'4" and 165 pounds, and I can button up the raincoat, but probably cannot fit a sweatshirt underneath it (outdoor Halloween party, so I'll have to wear a thermal and tee shirt). Hubby is 215 pounds, and this would never fit and adult male over 180 pounds.I did read what was included, so I was aware that it was just the raincoat and the paper boat. I can easily get a red balloon on a stick to carry around, not a big deal for me.The raincoat is quite wrinkled from being folded and shipping, but I'll steam it before the party, not an issue at all.Overall a good purchase!

Nice coat .It is thick plastic and doesn’t stretch.probably for a person SIZE LARGE OR BELOW.I’m and xl and fit snug.Good quality.I was happy with my purchase.Wear a long sleeve cause it will stick to your skin.

Everyone loved the costume. It was worth the money spent. Can always just wear as a regular raincoat. The quality is heavy.
