My 1st. meal usually occurring at 11:30AM - 12:30PMI drink 16-24 ounces of iced coffee in the morning with sugar free Cashew-Butter Based creamer & stevia.I sleep 8 hours a day.I drink about 1 Gallon of R/O Water per day with Baking-Soda in it (PH Alky-Water before it became vogue)I don't eat sweets.
