Ok, I was looking for an insulated delivery bag that I could use for my food delivery work and this one has exceeded all of my expectations. It holds drinks extremely well in the built-in cupholders. Heat Retention is amazing in that it can help keep hot food orders piping hot for as long as I need them to be fresh from the restaurant/store location to the customer's location. The loading capacity is great too. I can get up to 3-5 small to medium bagged orders or even 3-4 Large ones inside the bag for an even fit. Functional use and comfort are inherent in its design as I can switch back and forth between carrying it in hand or slinging it over one of my shoulders for ease of transport. The weave and types of fabric, in my opinion, should be durable for some time, but I would advise carefully packing orders into them to prevent any damage to the insulation or prevent any warping of the material. The design is amazing in and of itself, as it has the length, height, and width to pack in multiple orders, as well as enough space to accommodate added ice/heat packs. I cannot stress enough how much value for money is also saved in buying this product. Given its build, dimensions, and other factors, I'm pretty hard-pressed to find that many other bags to fill the role of this bag in particular. You'll want to buy at least one of these!

I've used this bag as a delivery driver for almost a year now and I have a few thoughts. Firstly, this is not a hard shell bag. I knew this when I purchased it but I sometimes had trouble with food sliding or even falling over. I was able to fix this by inserting a cardboard bottom from an energy drink case. Secondly, the cupholders can't fit the larger 40 oz drinks that some restaurants have, but to be fair most options on the market cannot either and it may be worth investing in a hard-shell drink carrier for these rare instances. These are the only 2 minor nitpicks I have and overall I've had a good experience using this bag as a daily driver. The thermal insulation of this bag is great; I've driven food 30+ minutes with the A/C on and it's still hot to the touch at the destination. It fits perfectly on my passenger seat for easy access and I've had no issues with the zipper. I'm easily able to fit 2-3 different orders inside at a time because it's so large. Overall great product with a few issues that can be remedied with a bit of creativity.

I use this bag to doordash with along with a couple of other insulated bags. I have a love hate relationship with this thing. First off let me say that it's a really good size for large pizza orders. The pizza boxes for super snug inside, almost too snug for Papa John's boxes. When there's nothing in it, it's not very sturdy and really wish the sides were a little thicker. The zippers are good quality. Just know that the insulating liner works really well for hot or cold items, but with hot items it gets so steamy in there that the cardboard boxes get damp. So you may want to have a cloth or paper towels inside with the food boxes, to help absorb the condensation. It is easy to clean. The drink holders on the side are great for bottles but for fountain drinks, the elastic tension is almost too strong that you worry the lids would pop off. Also they are very right, when they say to not have any drinks in the pockets when they're nothing inside the bag! Overall 4/5.

The bag will work well for food delivery. Will need something to help keep the bottom rigid when loaded and the one I received the cup holders were not insulated.

New to food delivery and so glad i started my day with this Freshie Bag. Its huge and the cup holders on the side are a game changer! Keeps hot food hot and cold food cold. I would advise getting 2 though as only issue i had was when i get a hot and cold product in same order. So ordering a 2nd bag. Thank you
