He's upset at me for paying more than most soy sauce costs for this while refusing to try it as though if he doesn't try a high quality ingredient that sounds like it could be better than usual (soy sauce is soy sauce, right?) he doesn't have to "waste money" paying an unnecessary premium. This bottle is positively huge so I can't imagine using it up too crazy fast for it to matter but it's not that bad. Either way, I compare using this stuff to using "more steak" instead of "salt" on steaks and the like. More taste, less salt.
