Shelves would Sag from weight of Shelf, but I Glued Trim Wood to the Bottom. Sagging is Fixed

Really really sturdy and pretty. It should come with a better template to help install and under one of the shelves there were some really odd redish/pinkish stains that were obvious defects. It still installed as the stain wasn’t visible in my case were I hung them. I could have returned I’m sure however it worked in my case.

The shelves are beautiful and matched our trim perfectly. Mounting required several double checks to ensure everything was level during the hanging process but the concept is pretty straight forward- I’m just picky. I would have rated a 5 star if this came with a template. They are flush to the wall, don’t angle down, and are snug to the brackets so I have no concerns of them sliding off unintentionally.

This product was pretty straight forward and easy to install. The instructions that came with it weren't exactly clear but once I discovered that you can pull the mounting rods out of the shelf the installation became very obvious. I like the shelves, the only downside is I was expecting a less glossy finish. They are still pretty and work well so no big deal.

bought 4 of these shelves. they look great and were super easy to install. I had a small issue with a post on 1 of the shelves. I reached out to the seller via email about the issue and they responded within an hour or so. They were eager to correct the issue and shipped out a new shelf which I received in a couple of days. I will not hesitate to buy more products from this seller. Excellent product and service!!!

I am obsessed with these shelves! They were not easy to install and came with no instruction other than directing you to their YouTube for instructions. I have never seen shelves installed this way... it was difficult to get the mounting pieces out of the shelves and when we mounted them to the wall, they did not line up with the drilled holes in the actual shelf so we had to carefully drill out the hole in the shelf a bit to make them wider. From pulling the shelves on and off, they became somewhat loose on the wall but still sturdy enough to hold lighter items. The wall anchors which came with the shelves were also horrible and were just flattening together so I had to use my own wall anchors. Other than that, the shelves are beautiful and make a huge difference in my bathroom!

Overall we are pleased with these floating shelves.They are not super easy to install. Even with the included instructions, it takes a bit of guesswork. An included template perhaps would have helped, especially to assist with leveling. But we got them up using the included hardware and are pleased with the result. There were a few minor scuffs in the wood, but nothing glaring. They have good weight to them, and are sturdy when hung.

The shelves didn’t come with instructions, a card or anything; just a bunch of hardware. I’d like to figure out how to reach the seller, but not sure as to how.
