Made out of plastic, but they feel of good quality would definitely buy again

Great for endurance or gravel bikes
Got a set for my Cannondale Synapse. Nice and light, very stiff, and holds high up on the bottle so no rattling and the bottle definitely won't fall out on bumpy roads. Has a nice finish that doesn't scratch or mark the bottle. Putting the bottle in requires some accuracy so these may not be the best option for a racing bike (or someone who doesn't want to look as return their bottle to the cage). Includes four short bolts that will not work if you're also using a cage-mounted air pump. These may not last forever but for the price, if they last a few seasons, they were worth it.

Good value, easy to install, recommended purchase
Purchased to add the ability for my son and daughter to carry water bottles on their bikes. Pros: Great price for a two pack Easy to place on the bikes Work well with standard plastic bike bottles My son often just places a clear water bottle, like you'd buy at thy grocery store in a 24 in the cage and goes. They don't fit snug, but stay in. Cons: None we've found Summary: A recommended buy

Doesn’t fit on our size S/XS road bikes
Wanted to love these but had to return both sets because of installation incompatibility with our Trek bikes (frame sizes 47-50 cm). Unable to mount a bottle cage on the seat tube due to the bottle cage design/dimensions: the holes don’t align and the bases of the cages protrude out and push against the down tube. We like things to match so I wasn’t about to just install 1 bottle cage; 2 of these definitely won’t fit. Thankfully we did find another set of shiny black bottle cages that do the desired job well! Regarding quality and sturdiness, these appear and feel very sturdy/durable and should be able to accommodate a good range of bicycle bottle sizes.
