Bose Noise Cancelling Wireless Bluetooth Headphones 700, with Alexa Voice Control, Silver (Renewed)

My team had to relocate from our main office building to a coworking space for one year, and this was the one purchase that I made for every member of the team. We had desks that were right next to each other without cubicle dividers, and I was amazed at how well these worked. The sound quality is excellent, but more imprtantly the microphones do a fantastic job of isolating the wearer during Teams calls. I would have someone sitting right next to me on a different call, and we never heard the other individual getting picked up by our headphones. The size and fit are both exellent and easily adjustable. We used the included usb adapter for easy connectivity, but I also use the bluetooth connection with my phone and laptop when I travel. These are great headphones. One thing that I did learn though is that if you are flying and the volume seems low, you need to use the touch volume controll on the right ear cup to increase the in-device volume. My other favorite travel hack is to pair these with an AirFly unit to get wireless audio on the airplane. I am very happy with the purchase and have since picked up an extra pair for my wife to use. We both love them.

I received one pair of these (refurbished) and it simply would not connect to my phone at all -- even though both Bose and Samsung said they were compatible. Amazon shipped out a second refurbished pair and these are excellent! I always thought that this was the best looking of the Bose headphones and I am very happy to have them now. This pair connected immediately to the Bose app; and allowed me to dial in the settings that I wanted. I was able to download the product manual from the Bose site. This refurbished pair is in excellent condition and came with everything but the instruction manual. Great deal and very nice headphones. A cute touch: when these were connecting to my phone, the Bose site found them -- not as Bose 700, but "Bose Lovely".

These Bose 700 headphones are supposed to be refurbished and excellent quality. Firstly, there were some weird stickers on the headphones over the Bose logo. Which I had to peel off and get the glue off them which was annoying. Secondly the case is some off brand hardshell case with no Bose branding on it. Thirdly they were defective because even at max level noise cancellation, I could still hear conversations clearly from halfway across the room. My partner had a pair of the silver ones and she tested them and confirmed that the ones I got through this retailer are defective. She could tell immediately. I will be returning these. And not sure if I wanna even bother with a replacement at this point because apparently excellent condition means nothing. TLDR; Buyer beware. Excellent condition means nothing to this seller.

Coming from owning the Sony WH-1000XM3 for a few months before returning them, I can say this headphones are far superior in the following aspects: - Most important thing my ears don’t feel any heat, with the Sony’s is like putting your ears in the oven, in only 30 mins you’ll be sweating. - In case you need to constantly switch between Computer and Phone, Bluetooth multipairing is a must have! Which the Sony doesn’t have. - The case itself looks neat! And you don’t need to store your headphones in a weird way like the Sony - Sound quality is amazing. - Now people can hear me well in phone calls! Unlike the Sony’s - Tranparent/Ambient mode is good!! You can hear everybody without taking your headphones off and you feel like being in the room. - I was watching online reviews saying is difficult to pair Bluetooth? That’s not true, easiest setup, just need to download the app and everything works perfectly. Only difference with the Sony’s headphones - Noise Cancelling is a bit better on the Sony’s

I have really enjoyed this headset. BUT BE WARNED: I live in Texas and I made the huge mistake of leaving them in the cab of my pickup. The day got to 100F . When I got back to them the soft cover on the pads was coming unglued. I tried to glue them back on with a better glue which is a lot like putting toothpaste back in the tube (messy and ugly but can happen badly). So word to the wise keep them out of hot cars/environments or you will be buying new $$ pads. A few days after this I was set to take my new headphones on a airplane ride. As I was trying to fully charge the headset i started smelling something HOT. I started sniffing and found it was the USB-c cable at the Bose. It melted and distorted the plug. I pulled it off but the Bose headset worked. The Bose had a full charge so I took it. Thinking maybe it was just the cables fault. When I got to my hotel after using the Bose for several hours I put it on a charger at the hotel and went to dinner. When I got back the Bose had melted the socket and the USB-C cable to the point it would not pull out of the Bose. You can see the destruction. The Bose still had enough charge to use going home later but you had to be very careful with the remnant of the USB C cable that I could not remove from the headset.

I have an expensive headphone that I use for music in the evening, connected to my laptop. I purchased these to use for travel or other home situations where it is not convenient to be connected with a cord. I also wanted noise canceling features. I am very pleased with the sound quality, the build quality and the ease of operation. I am also pleased that I purchased these at a reduced price from the renewed option. I can't tell that these are not new. And delivery was exceptionally quick. Very happy with this purchase. I have to also mention that these headphones are very lightweight and comfortable to wear and the materials used are very impressive. The soft material that is used for the headband and the earpieces is very comfortable. These headphones are more comfortable than my other phones that cost 1700 dollars.

These are a replacement for my first pair I lost during travel. Though they don’t have the charging case, they are still the exceptional sound and comfort quality we expect from Bose and I’d buy them again if needed.

My headset was good for 9 months. Then it completely stopped working. Battery fully charged would disconnect suddenly as if was dead. Loosing connection, all bad things. Happended upon normal usage. I am sad, because product was good and loved the quality, until simple stopped working. So dont know if this is bose or because it was refurbished or because 9 months have passed. Just buy new maybe

El sistema de interrupcipon de sonido, es extraordinario, vivo sobre una avenida prinicpal y por tanto pasan muchas patrullas, ambulancias, transporte y desde que los uso puedo tener mis conferencias de la oficina de una forma extraordinaria. Antes me preguntaban, ¿Estás en la calle? , siendo que estaba en mi departamento. Ahora me escuchan y escucho bien ya no hay interrupciones. EL SONIDO BOSE, ya lo saben "impactante"

In really good condition and working well. I've had black ones from new and can't notice any difference.

Looks 👨‍🎨 : 9/10 I would compare them to the apple air max, which is the best looking headphones. Quality 🦾 : 8/10 Overall great quality plastic few metal parts, I haven’t had them for a very long time so I can’t say if they will last long or not. Sound 🔊 : 9/10 Very great quality for Bluetooth headphones. The sound cancelling is amazing and helps a lot for the sound. Overall again I love these headphones to everyone, they can be a bit outdated in 2024 so I’d recommend getting them during a sale. That’s my review, Ciao 👋

A pesar de ser reacondicinado no tuve ningún problema, ni siquiera en el tiempo de entrega ya que llegó antes de lo indicado, al principio tuve un poco de problema para vincularme pero más bien fué por desconocimiento,y una vez que pude hacerlo, no más con la vinculación a todos mis aparatos, tiene un sonido excelente, fácil e intuitivo de todas las funciones y sí usas la Bose Music te va llevando de la mano y obtienes el sonido personalizado. No me arrepiento de haber comprado éste dispositivo, lo recomiendo ampliamente, pues después del mismo compré otros de la misma Marca, aunque són caras vale la pena.
