Hi, this star of david pendant can not be customized, the pendant can only fit 3-5mm thick chain ; 12mm wide chain can not fit this normal size david star pendant. - if you want to wear the 12mm wide 22 inch long cuban link chain with a star of david pendant, we suggest you to layer wear it(that is wear a curb chain necklace and a star pendant necklace), it is very chic look too.
