Nice shaver wish it was a little bir bigger

Works great! You have to twist the the little knot on the front for finer ice. If you don't you can't complain that it isn't snow fine ice because it was user error. The machine works beautifully. I have made snow cones daily since we got it because we've seen 90+ temps since May. I so recommend putting the button in reverse for just a second every little bit to keep it flowing nicely. When the lid ia opened to a certain height it also shuts odd to keep littles from reaching in and getting cut. I don't let my kids use it without supervision. Makes a ton very easily. Get the Hawaiian store brand syrups. They're way better than others.

It makes ice, chunky, fine, snow cone ice. But for the price Im sure there are cheaper ones out there.

Great ice shaver

Purchase it for a back to school event. It started freezing up and had to return it. I will be ordering a new one, but.

I really wanted to love this. I bought it for me to use because I am a ice eater. It would make great snow ones but for me I just wanted the snow. It did the job well except metal was in my shaved ice and reservoir and I had been eating it. I went to return it but UPS would not take it unless I purchased a box and all the packing to return it so paid shipping didn’t help it was going to cost me 30 more dollars just to send it back. I have photos of the metal. They need to fix the blades they use. The machine does shake a lot and is loud but that didn’t bother me. The metal did.
