These are really bright and nice rich colors. They maintain memory where you had it when you shut them off. The button on the plug in part lights up red and is easy to press on and off.I tucked the wires down the side under the plastic trim panels and barely made it to the underseats but made it. Looks awesome! I used zip ties to attach to bottom of seats and to under dash above feet in front. I don't recommend trying to stick them. That stuff never holds up forever. Zip ties basically will last forever. No need to wrench down super tight, just snug.I considered getting some of these that can be controlled by a phone, but I didn't want to spend a lot and also didn't want to have to be interrupted from phone use to control the lights. It seemed like a cool idea a first, but what if you're using GPS? Or talking or texting? Or forgot your phone? Having a designated remote that you leave in the car in a designated spot is the best way to go in my opinion.I also like the adjustable dimming. I could see, depending on how you use and mount these, it could be advantageous to lower the brightness. They are super bright. I have mine facing down at the floor and you cannot make direct eye contact with the lights themselves. You can only see the glow of the light facing down on the floor. So I keep mine full brightness. It's nice to have options though.Another thing, this was only have part of an install I did, and I recommend you do the same.I replaced all the yellowish incandescent and somewhat dim interior (dome light, map lights, makeup lights and license plate bulbs) with crisp white LED bulbs... awesome! They work so much better in conjunction with these colored lights. They also require less power and don't really get hot like the factory bulbs. I bought a full set for my vehicle of like 15-20 bulbs for only like $7. Totally worth it.

I just got these put in today, did everything myself and honestly I love them. There are nice and bright at night and look really cool when it's dark outside. With that being said Ive heard some people having trouble with the 3m tape, me personally I don't think there is anything wrong with the tape itself it's more about the type of surface it's being applied to, like for me I had textured plastic panels on the underside of the front and it seems the 3m didn't like that, so instead I just got some clear tape and found a wiring harness to which I could just tape it on to, and for my back seats, underneath both of them where nice and smooth plastic trims and honestly the 3m tape grabbed on to that no problem. So in my experience the only problem I ran into was trying to use the 3m tape with the textured plastic, my advice is if in case it happens just get some clear tape and look under neath the foot well you should see a bunch of wires wrapped in electrical tape and just go ahead and use the clear tape and tape both sides and your all good.

Pretty cool lights for the price can’t go wrong! Best part is easy install- hubby got a new car and wanted to dress it up a little bit. I didn’t want him messing around with any of the electrical components inside of the car .. so these are a great alternative .! And And as long as you have good cellphone service they work extremely well! Lots of fun!! Happy with this purchase!

Overall I like the lights. The remote is advertised as RF and is not. It is IR remote only. Made my install harder than it should have been and now have to have the ugly IR dongle hanging out and have the remote aimed directly at it.EDIT: One of the light strips stopped working on green, so now anytime a color that requires green to be used, that one is a different color from the other three. If i use green, it simply doesn't light upon the one strip. It was 1 day away from being 2 months old. Changed from 2 to 1 star.

I had it in my car for maybe 3 months until the stickiness vanished. the lights came off and i basically just took it down. brightness is awesome. it’s so bright that at night, you can probably see more of the light on the bottom of the car, then the road😬. remote control has a color problem. i would click a color like green and it would show a different color. that was only like 2 buttons.

For the price, it's hard to beat. The installation wasn't too difficult if you know what you're doing, though you have to be a bit creative to know to best place to install the strips and hide the cord. I wish the cord was a bit longer, as I barely had enough cord length for my Toyota Rav4, and it's a small SUV. I'd recommend buying some additional heavy duty two sided tape, and add it to the tape that's already installed on the light strips. It made the strips extremely secure when I installed them. Other than that, my daughter loves the lights, as I installed them for her.

Delivery is fast and intact. Easy to install, beat music and voice. It won't be too distracting. You can dim the LEDs to avoid being too bright. There are simple instructions inside, just strip and paste, or, if you prefer, you can use the light bar. Although it is easy to understand and operate, there are also instructions for the remote control. The lights are very bright. If you want to splicing to another system or making adjustments, you need to include a lot of wires. You don't need to make any adjustments, just use this kit. You can open the boxes, stick them where you want them, and it only takes a minute or two.

I ended up sticking them to the underside of our leather seats and they’re staying on just fine. I check them every week or so and haven’t noticed them coming off. I love the different light sequences and remote. I’d definitely recommend these!
