Let's get this out of the way first. Unless you're an avid jumper (...or roper? Jump roper...?), you're absolutely going to hit a toe or something the first time & cause calamity with your balance, thus thrusting forward & stumbling. Just let it happen. Fight that demon & get back to it.As for the rope itself, it's pretty sturdy. I'm gonna be honest here...I have no clue how to adjust this thing besides unscrewing the handles & pushing in some of the rope but apparently it's adjustable. I'm not TALL tall (I'm 6ft) but hilarity has ensued the first couple of times of use. It's lightweight, seems durable & will give your mornings a jumpstart, especially if you sing the songs you used to as a kid when you & your neighborhood friends would jump rope.This was my main mode of cardio during the pandemic but probably my favorite overall. To be honest, I hate running, which was why I purchased this rope & it hasn't let me down yet.

Muy facil de usar. Muy facil de ajustar al tamaño adecuado del usuario. Grandiosa para mi que con 5.9" una chica alta. Descubri recien que este ejercicio es de lo mejor en quema de calorias, fortalecimiento y tonificacion del cuerpo completo. Por lo que se mira a simple vista en estos dias se mira prometedora, la he usado rudamente entre pisotones y el horrible piso del parking lot de casa. Gira genialmente debido a los rodamientos en las manillas, y estas mismas, muy confortables y suaves. Por el precio cumplira un precio por encima de las espectativas divida en fracciones de centavo por lo que promete durar. Tan sencillo como elegir, pagar para recibir mas pronto de lo que se promete la entrega, un entrenamiento completo por un precio inigualable. Sin duda alguna!! Quedaras muy satisfech@ a menos que la cuerda se tenga que adaptar a los pequeños de la casa, con la herramienta adecuada no creo que sea algo complicado de recortar por algo de esfuerzo en buscar quien la recorte un poco. Asi que ni por ese simple detalle mereceria menos de cinco estrellas. A no ser que se le azote en las manillas dudo que se quiebre tambien se me caido ya un par de veces al piso continua en perfecto estado y el desgaste ha sido casi imperceptible practicamente lo normal para unos dias. Por los fabulosos casi 6 dls seria descabellado exigir algo a prueba de cero desgaste. Simples matematicas divides tus 6 dls entre una expectativa de 6meses o quisas mucho mas. Pfff presiona confirmar y a disfrutar de sentir que el cuerpo trabaja despues del uso!

It was cheap which was great but it’s really tedious to change the length. Doesn’t hold up well in cold weather either (rope gets tight). Not sure I would buy again- might be worth investing more money into something a little more durable.

A jump rope is just a jump rope, right? Wrong. Especially if you're stuck working out at home. The wrong jump rope turns poorly, slaps you, is weighted wrong, etc. It can ruin a workout. I've been looking desperately to find a good one. Problem solved. This type is weighted beautifully. It's easily adjustable, comfortable in the hand, and just a damn good rope. If you're as frustrated as I've been, try this. It even comes in a gorgeous velvet carrying case and has a handy instruction card on how to adjust it. This is seriously a perfect buy.

The handles came off after a few use.

This is, hands down, the best jump rope I've used. Granted my experience in jump ropes is not exhaustive - had a few around the house that I lost, and used several different versions at the gym.Needed a jump rope at home when the gym closed and went virtual. Picked this as it seemed to be among the most popular models on Amazon, and with a minor premium in price over the then-cheaper options around.The fact that this spins on ball bearings instead of frictional resistance from the other jump ropes makes a huge difference that is difficult to explain until you try for yourself.Assuming you are reading this as you are in the market for a jump rope, strongly recommend you try this one out.

Bought this because my doctor said that I needed to loose weight so I started to exercise. Sadly I didn’t last three days. The jump rope is lightweight and easy to use. It’s adjustable. I still have it but not in use

I just wanted to pass on a piece of advice I drew from the interwebs. If you are thinking "join a gym and loose weight." But not confident enough or whatever reason, try skipping. Then try skipping twice as long next time.Get in shape, but do it for yourself!Spencer P.

体力づくりのために購入しました。中国からの直送だったので日数はかかりましたが、予定通りに来ました。この重さが飛びやすくていいです。ワイヤーですし、全体的に丈夫そうです。ただ、片方の持ち手の一部分がへこんでいました。欠損ではなく、くっついていたもう一方の持ち手の押しあとです。開封してから何日たっても親指大のへこみが付いたままですので、もう戻らないと思います。へこみは先端の方だから使用に問題はないのですが、梱包の具合でへこみ場所も違うでしょうし、この素材はどうなの？と思いました。弾力があってとても握りやすいから素材はいいとして、梱包方法を考えるとかすべきですよね。中国の方はそういうこと考えないのかな？
