If you are doing pool therapy these are for you.
With my integrated water therapy for my roator cuff injury these are the type of weight I needed. They are easy enough to grip as you get stronger there are other ways to use these. Just be sure you make sure your therapist okays using them.

Water Resistance for Aquatics
I have shopped for along time to find the design I knew worked. These are fantastic. Lightweight to carry but great resistance in the water. Grip is perfect and I love the way you can interlock.

Great for aquatic exercise
These are great for aquatic exercise. They help build upper body strength. They are packable, so you can take them on business trips or vacations.

Uncomfortable
Items were not comfortable in my hands, decided not to try in pool. Not sure what I was thinking at the time of purpose, because the handles are as uncomfortable as they look

Best Aquatic Workout Tool
Did my first aquatic class 25 years ago and haven't looked back. Have used barbells, gloves, wings, boards, etc. over the years. I was impressed with the resistance the first time I used these. They are the only tool I use now. Position can be changed for more or less resistance. And, unlike barbells, don't make my hands hurt when I use them(arthritis now) as they don't have to be gripped tightly. The ends can connect for "flying the kite". There's a roughened area on the end to put your initials with a permanent marker. I've had mine for a year and my initials haven't faded. Great tool for arm and core workouts.
