Works great, solid cunstruction and great customer support sent me a replacement for my magnet. full of great features. some negatives are to use some of the smart features you have to plug in a usb dongle needed to connect to your network battery needs replacement at least once a year or if used often twice a year. would have been great to have a solar panel so you dont have to worry about it and it's a bit pricey but was worth the money especially if you have roommates or do bnb. Overall a great product

it is the best lock i have bought, i tried several other options with less than desirable results until i found Lockly. it is very easy to install and it takes little time to set it up. I easly created a profile for the whole family. I highly recomend it.

Good product works well except for finger print opening. Some time it works some times it don’t.

This was my sixth Lockly purchase. I am a huge fan of the Secure Pro, but because my door had a knob lock and deadbolt, I thought I'd give this one a try. Installation was easier than I expected, and the app works perfectly. Of course one of the best features of the Lockly Lock System is Customer Support. We had an issue with the hub connecting to the WIFI so we called customer service and not only got a live person, but a polite, patient human who knew how to troubleshoot our issue. Service was great and the lock, like all my others, was fantastic! No complaints!

Despite following instructions, and having lots of electronic lock install experience; install of this lock is hard to complete.A flat plate on inside is supposed to be held in place by sticky tape, while you work with connections; before finally screwing inside unit (battery, electronics, handle) on. Sticky tape is insufficient to hold flat plate. Plate needs additional sticky tape or redesigned to use a single screw to hold plate in position.The bottom door latch (not deadbolt) came assembled incorrectly from factory. Latch would not go all way out, completely missing latch plate in door jamb by 1/2". Had to remove entire lock, get door latch working, and re-install lock.Getting App to where it can actually be used takes providing your Smart-Phone # and an Email address (and more). Lockly requires confirmation of your Phone # thru texted verification code AND confirmation of your Email address thru another verification code.Lockly App also insists on you providing your location street # and street name for full support and warranty. Despite Lockly App already requiring you to Scan an ID-card, which comes in box; which has model # and serial # info.Lockly App requires you to have Bluetooth access for entering users PIN codes and Finger prints. Even though Lockly App has successfully connected with your network (which requires your WiFi password).My overall impression is Lockly is paranoid about their locks, and snoopy about who is using their locks.At time of writing this, Lockly's BlueTooth distance is maybe 3-feet, not 30-feet.And Lockly lock still wants door lock and unlocked by way of door handle up vs. down; verified again - despite previous verification.And Lockly lock is still not setup for even a single user's Pin-code or Fingerprint! Thankfully there are two keys.

The media could not be loaded. It's been a little over 10 days of regular use, and the batteries are still at 100%.While that's impressive, this lock has a lot more going for it.It comes with a Wi-Fi hub, the height between the latch and the deadbolt is adjustable, and just about every delegation option for access is available (key entry, Bluetooth entry, biometric entry, or code entry). There's also a "welcome" access option to leave the door unlocked for a period of time, say, for a party.All in all, I'm really happy with this purchase. I didn't see any media at the time of my purchase and review posting, so I've included videos and photos of my project (expansion of the deadbolt bore, installation of a custom door reinforcement plate, and the completion video); hope this helps someone.

Perfect fit for what I was looking for that locks deadbolt and latch together. I replaced a level lock and another Lockly latch version (which I moved to garage door) and planning to upgrade my backdoor also with a similar interconnected Lockly duo or higher to make my house Lockly safe!!!

I am sorry I purchased this lock. It is unnecessarily complicated. I it a hateful little thing. I set up my fingerprint and it usually works on the 10th attempt. If my finger is slightly damp, it will not work. The passcode must be 6 digits or more and with the roving digit matrix, it is difficult to enter. Four digits would be plenty secure. And then I found out it is incredibly simple to defeat the lock if the deadbolt is not engaged!! By gently pushing the handle the handle pin will retract and there is just barely enough space in the door jamb to open the door while locked. I'm sorry I bought this thing.
