Great thread sealing compound!
It works! Its especially good for sealing joints where pipe thread tape wont work.Ive come across threads that are super sharp and end up shredding the teflon tape.Or threads that are just too deep for tape to bridge the gap and seal properly. The only downside to all joint compounds is they're messy. Its not a flaw, just a reality.

Stop the drips
Used on my pool heater to take the abuse of hot water and chemicals. Held up great all season and I would highly recommend this product if you have water connections in hot or abrasive areas.

Old product?
Watery and separated. I even used a drill and tried to stir it like you would paint. That only improved slightly. still chunky and oily and does not want to stick to pipe threads. Never seen these results even on old sealant. Usually it gets more sticky. Past my return window. I will throw it away
