Panni Shredded Potato Pancakes, 5.8-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12)

We have these with eggs or omelets instead of 'hash browns.' They are easy to make and come out consistently well. When frying, we use peanut oil and wait to flip the first time until the edges are very brown. If you flip too soon, they may stick to the bottom of the pan, but by waiting, they will come clean away. Much easier than shredding, rinsing and drying potatoes.

Good product. Make very good pancakes, but the paper sticks to the exterior box and rips upon removal. Make sure you open over bowl or clean counter.

I love these potato pancakes, but they were hard to find for awhile. Now I can buy them as often as I like here on Amazon.

This potato pancake mix is the best mix out there. It even rivals scratch made ones. The price is even a little better (when they had it instock)than what I found in our local stores.

Best potato pancakes on the market. 1 box makes enough to have company over, or refrig the rest of the batter for the next day. Great and EASY product.
