They're nice and low cut but was not made for anyone who has a curvy butt. The back waist line pulls down accommodating the curve,almost showing my crack and my cheek hangs out a little when I lift my knee. Definitely made for athletic buns.

These boy shorts are the best. I'm 5'2" & 125 lbs. I bought a medium first. They fit well, but just very slightly loose around the thighs. So I bought a small next. The small fit perfectly! I might keep both. They're very comfortable. It does not squeeze at the waist. Thickness is perfect, very breathable. I got black for both sizes & both are true in color. I don't notice any transparency as I'm wearing them. These are definitely my favorite!
