Keeping my kids busy for hours.
My almost 11 year old bought this and it's perfect size for him. He is on the shorter size. My 6 year old is a little short for it but he has the smaller version that doesn't spark. It's fun and the sparking makes it even better. They love it so much my 12 year old who is around 5'4 has one coming. Definitely worth the value when onsale and it has kept my kids busy for hours. Made very solid and goes pretty fast. Wish it came in other colors for when you have multiple kids who honestly don't like to share.

"Best birthday gift EVER!!! Thanks Mom & Dad!!!"
We bought 2 Razor 360 Flash Riders from Amazon for our twins who turned 12 yesterday. They went absolutely BONKERS for these fun toys! They got the hang of riding and spinning and riding and spinning very quickly. They said the seats were comfortable...one said it was like sitting in a recliner! lol Because they're sitting so low to the ground there's no chance of them flipping this 'trike' over, which is important considering they're spinning and riding around like crazy men. It really reminded me of watching bumper cars at the Fair the way they'd ride straight then turn the handlebars and get it to spin (only my kids weren't crashing into each other....yet....hahaha). My husband and I were very entertained just watching them. The Razor 360's are rated to 160 lbs, so our kids will get many years use out of them. My husband did the minimal assembly required without any problem. He's a perfectionist, OCD Engineer and he was impressed by the sturdiness of the Razor 360's build. It's got a solid, hard rubber front time, so there's no worry about it popping or wearing through like cheap plastic tires. The back wheels are the standard, small, white Razor wheels which are on their other products. We posted a video of the boys riding the 360's on Facebook and were immediately inundated with questions from friends who'd never seen such a thing. We HIGHLY recommend this toy....as a matter of fact, we're going to contact Razor and BEG them to make an adult version! Seriously!! We own a big old 4 story building we're rehabbing and the 2nd floor is wide open with wood floors. The boys can ride these things even in the winter and they'll be getting much-needed exercise instead of being couch potatoes and vegging out during the cold Illinois winters. I'll be one happy Mom that they'll be entertained and NOT FIGHTING (is it only my kids who do that?) when they're playing on their Razor 360's! As they were running out the door to go to school this morning they were already talking about riding their Razor 360's when they got home today. Yippee....more exercise disguised as FUN!!!! Oh, as a side note, WHEN (not if) you buy one of these, read the instructions on the side of the box....they're hilarious! Like, don't try to start a fire while riding the 360 by using the spark feature; Don't ride it on a public thoroughfare (like any sane parent would let their kid ride a TRIKE on a busy street! lololol) etc. All kidding aside, Razor makes quality products, and we recommend the Razor 360 Flash Rider 100%. It's SO WORTH THE MONEY!!!

Hours of fun! Kids love it. Few Challenges.
Well I must say that this has been one of the favorite toys this year for Christmas. I have a 5 year old boy and 7 year old girl who are very active and this Razor Flashrider is definitely a keeper. I would have given it 5 stars however I had a few challenges that were overcome. The first was the building of the trikes. All the bolts are already semi screwed in the parts so you have to take them out before you begin building the trike. Instructions state about 20 minutes or so which is sort of right as long as you use your own tools. I tried it with theirs with the first trike and it took 20 minutes just taking the bolts out without building it yet. The second trike was easy only because I already built one already. So if you have them, use your own tools. The second challenge was when we took them out for the first time. The front wheels on both Trikes were squeaking pretty bad so I loosened the bolts a little and used the magic of WD40 and no squeaking so far. At least for now. Keep you posted on this one. The other challenge was the spark pad that would come off every so often, mostly when the trike was going backwards and I had to constantly put it back on. Lucky we found it each time but after the 5th time I was done. So, I took some plastic ties to the holder and now they stay on. I will need to cut the ties off when the pad wears down to replace them but much better then having them fall off all the time and possibly lose them. A design flaw for sure however they are replaceable for some extra $$ which is probably why they fall off. Replacement on Amazon are 2 for $12. Another concern I had was the front wheel being made of plastic however now that we have taken the trikes out at least 5 or 6 times, it shows very little sign of wear. The instructions also say not to ride them on any kind of slope. Well, that is a very hard thing "NOT" to when your dealing with kids with a need for speed! So at our local park, we have loop that of course has three slopes. Both my kids had no problems as they used the now secured sparker to slow down and raised their feet if the pedals spun too fast. I can however see where they may lose control if it spins out so my advise is to "WEAR A HELMET" and "SUPERVISE" as a good parent should. Overall a great buy even with a few unexpected challenges. They should make these for Adults!

Perfect gift for 6-10 year olds
My 8 year old son asked Santa for this for Christmas. Little did we know the entire family would have fun riding on it! It was easy to assemble (took about 10 minutes). We all took turns riding it and we all laughed hysterically the entire day. My 11 year old son rode it and even though his knees were up to his chin, he still had a blast. I rode on it (I'm 5'4) and my knees hit the handle bars, but I didn't care. My husband also rode it and even though there is a 160lb weight limit (he's 6'2 and 200lbs), he was still able to ride it. He didn't put his entire weight into the seat so he wouldn't break it. We created an obstacle course and timed ourselves going through it. The tricky AND FUN part is that the rider drifts/spins in 360s so you can't go completely straight. One thing that makes me nervous is that it is low to the ground so cars can't see you. We may be getting a high flag to add to it. Definitely a must have present for any kid who loves to ride bikes, scooters, etc. Highly recommend. As an FYI, it is delivered in its own box so you can see what it is. If you want to hide it, have it shipped to a spot where the recipient doesn't live.

A whole lot of fun in one trike!
We purchased 2 Razor Flash Rider 360 trikes for our twin 4 year old grandsons for Christmas. Our grandsons have never been on a trike or bicycle before. They do own scooters, and have had power type of "quad" riding toys in the past. So, we were a little hesitant when deciding on this purchase because of the "360" feature. Because it doesn't always ride "straight", we thought it might be a little frustrating. The boys were very excited to get the trikes! Because they are only 4, they cannot reach the pedals comfortably yet... but it won't be long when they can. The manufacturer recommends the age from 6-10 years. We wanted something they could grow into, and enjoy for a few years. The boys love the "spark" feature, and I'm very confident they will be out enjoying their trikes this summer. When they do get on them to ride, they like the 360 feature. They think it's fun going all directions. Just be sure to have them in a place with no traffic because of this reason. The trikes are very well constructed, were very easy to assemble. My husband put them together in about 20 minutes each. He was pretty impressed at the quality of the trikes as well. After reading some other reviews, Amazon must have corrected the shipping issues, because they each came in a nice box, so you couldn't tell what the item was upon delivery. Which is good around the holidays! We would highly recommend these trikes. They were a hit, and so happy we made the purchase!

Fun Fun Fun!
Got this for my 5 year old. I was torn between this red Flash Rider and the blue one. I was told the only difference was the red one had the lever you can pull to make sparks. I was also told and read reviews that this spark lever is really very cool. I must say I was hesitant to get this for my son. It sounded like the bike spun all crazy and I guess I'm a worry wart and didn't want him to get hurt. :) So my thoughts. He LOVES this bike. It didn't take him long at all to figure it out. He loves to spin out and it isn't as crazy as I thought it would be. His 7 year old cousin is from the country and will ride a horse but a bike like this he was actually scared of. I guess b/c it doesn't have brakes and he didn't know how to stop himself. My son kept pushing him and telling him not to be afraid and to just spin. He finally got the hang of it and had a lot of fun riding it, even though he was a lot more "tame" on it than my 5 year old. As far as the spark feature, I am told it will tear the heck out of your driveway. Maybe I was misinformed?? So we have not used it (yet) and being concerned about it marking up my driveway, we probably never will. So maybe the blue bike w/o the spark feature would have suited us better. All in all, it's a fun bike. Sure wish I had one growing up!!
