Good absorbency, aging mother likes this product. Usually take two of these per night.

Product works well. Aborbs 2-3 cups of fluids.

Without this product, I'd be up at least 2-3 times per night to use the bathroom. I had tried the Purewick system and hated it. No matter where I placed the external catheter, an inch adjustment here, an inch there, it really leaked. This underwear kept me super dry with no leaks. Very comfortable, just use your regular size in clothing for the best fit. Glad to have tried these, highly recommend.

The overnight briefs are good but if the person wets a lot through the night, the briefs will not hold up for leakage protection. My parent that is over 80 used these. He is very petite, but I had to get a size large for them to fit comfortably. The small was too tight around his waist. They are very good for daytime; but I'm going to try another product for nighttime.

These adult pull-ups can hold an amazing amount without leaking. They can go overnight with no problem, and hold a major bowel blowout with ease. They are also quite comfortable.As pull-ups, they can be tricky to put on someone who is not ambulatory. They also cost $1.03 each, so used full-time, the cost can add up. (Personally, I can think of a number of things I’d give up to keep using them.)
