We actually love this product. However, the jar was smashed and this item is not eligible for return or replacement. Now we are just out $12 a d have to drive 45 minutes to a market to buy the product in a store.

It was very sour probably due to the preservative. 3 stars because it still does the trick but I have to cut down it tomatoes or it make the dish too acidic. Nothing beats fresh grated garlic and ginger.
