Ever since my son was 6 year's old I brought his first iPad from Amazon and I'm always happy with buying from them. Amazon never lets me down. I'm always grateful with anything I purchase from them. 2017 model, yet updateable, sold as "refurbished" - yet as good as new, great purchase.
For an Apple-newbie (read stupid) I was amazed at the easiness of going thru the ropes of learning how to start it... first thing! My challenge was the lack of a "User manual", other than provided by Apple on its website: it took me some time to figure out three buttons ... Once that I managed to get a grip on Settings (damned thing Learns), it went smoother to get the Apps I needed. Right now I am almost enamored with this product and its Apple OS, etc... (I am a DOS dinosaur since the early 1980's, and a Windows/MS addicted user ). Just wish me luck, I have a lot still to learn! VERDICT: GREAT PRODUCT FOR THE MONEY, just a steep learning process for an Apple ... newbie!

Product arrived defective
When this got delivered i was so excited to finally get a new ipad for my birthday, but then when i tried to turn it on it kept showing the apple logo and then going dark and rebooting repeatedly. I tried everything to get it to turn on and then it suddenly turned and stayed on for a week or 2 and then it shut off and started bootlooping again. Im so mad i spent $160 on a product that came broken.

Battery doesn’t last long with a movie but otherwise good.
No problems so far. Loving my new iPad.
