No one local stocks anything for Tecumseh anymore almost laughing in your face when you ask. Thank Goodness online shippers like Amazon and its 3rd party vendors THINK you're still a valuable customer. Everyone talks about supporting your local "brick n mortars" BUT this is a case where ONLINE is just better!.As far as the packaging, WELL-DONE by Amazon Fufillment and by manufactor. GOOD sealed plastic bags for each filter. AND when I say "perfect fit", these are much, MUCH better than any I ordered previously from Ebay. A+++ to all involved!. (Will definately order again!).

Fits my old Craftsman 4.5HP Tecumseh Push Mower
Worked perfect in an old Craftsman push lawn mower I use occasionally. Did not have the original manual to get engine or filter specs. Noticed that the numbers "35066" are etched on the rubber gasket portion of the old and by now cruddy air filter. Ordered this and crossed my fingers. Fit perfectly. This is the first time I have actually replaced an air filter on a lawn mower. I usually just bang out the excess dirt at the beginning of the season. Over the years, these filters will clog with fine particles and you are suffocating the engine. Trying to be better at maintenance. Why not prolong the useful life of your hardware?

Not OEM Part
The filter received was not an OEM spare part as suggested by the description and photo. Arrived in a clip lock plastic bag. was of questionable quality and had no manufacturer name or part number. If not being fitted to an old mower on its last legs, it would have been returned.
