FlorsheimMen's Medfield Wing tip Oxford Dress Shoe

Everything is very good, except that the shoes were about a half size too large. Not a major problem, though.

From the very first try-on they were a keeper. Classic wingtip look with a deep black finish makes this shoe a great compliment to a Hickey Freeman suit. Can't believe the value pricing either. Teriffic buy and a comfortable wear!

These have the formal look of a wingtip dress shoe, but they have the comfort of a sneaker. We will see how long they last, but in a couple weeks of wear I see no signs of weak points. So far so good and fully recommended.

They fit good- they are comfortable- but they don’t have the ‘look’ of real brogues. A little geriatric- but too much trouble to return. They will do for work. But I wouldn’t wear them for formal.

I normally wear a men’s size 9 wide (US). Since they didn’t have the “wide” option, I opted for the 9.5 (US). It’s the perfect fit.This product also came a week early- that’s a plus!Unlike other shoes, this design appear to be better quality. I don’t see any loose thread, misaligned leather (non-matching aesthetics with left and right) , or weak points (leather attachment to the sole). It also comes highly polished.

Back when I worked on Wall Street and most companies had a suit-and-tie dress code, Florsheim wing tip Oxfords were my favorite shoes. I tried others, but I always came back to these.After a few years of casual dress code and few formal events, I decided that I needed to replace my current dress shoes and found the Florsheim model I had always loved. I forgot how great these shoes are. Even the inner lining of the shoes feels luxurious. They're comfortable enough for a full day of work and commuting, and they look good enough for the most formal soirée.One thing to note is that the tip does narrow sharply, so if you have wider feet, order one size too large, even if you order a wide size. Unlike most shoes that feel loose and wobbly if you use one size too large, these fit snuggly with no wobble, as if they were meant to be worn that way.

Very comfortable shoe. Wide toe cap allows for long walks without compressing my toes. Good quality. Perfect purchase.
