I bought these to supplement my 9” banneton. Since I always give half of my bakes away I figured instead of another 9” and one recipient I would get two of the 7” (#mathiscool) and two recipients (plus keeping the most for myself, evil laugh.) For that purpose these work perfectly. I don’t care much for the brush but that’s just me. The baskets are sturdy, splinter free, and do the job they’re meant to do.

Love that bread dough doesn't stick. No instructions though. I don't wash the linen liners. Not if I'm supposed to. They brush clean, any dough that sticks comes off after it dries and flour comes right off.

Good quality, splinter-free banner ones. Nice flat bottoms sit balanced on the counter and in the fridge. I haven’t used the liners, just dust the baskets with rice flour, no problem to release the boules and they have a pretty pattern on them. Good size for making two boules that would otherwise fit into two standard bread loaf pans.

Found these when searching for smaller bannetons for a specific recipe (the poppy whisk’s gluten free artisan bread recipe) and they work beautifully!!
