I have found that by taking two of these each day that I have been finding a lot of relief from my back and hip aches that I have become more plagued with these days. The black pepper helps to facilitate much greater absorption of the curcumin making it more effective. Also, it helps to sharpen my memory. It has become a regular part of my daily supplements regime.

I liked the product

I take 2 in AM. & 1 at night.... I've used Turmeric before but this brand seems to be the best. Only problem now is I'm running out. Hope it comes fast..... It did..... Thank you!!!

Delivery was timely and all in good order. As to the therapeutic effects, too early to tell.

After a series of GI problems, my doctor told me to take Curcumin 1000 mg twice a day. It has alleviated my GI problemand I will continue taking this as I seem to generally feel better.

This product works well on reducing inflammation. Have been using it for several months and much less soreness in the joints.

If you have inflammation get this. Helps everything feel better. Even headaches goes away.
