UPDATE... After submitting a 3 star review due to stitching issues, we changed to 5 star after an amazing response from seller. They offered to replace and refund due to this issue. Yes they said they wanted to do both! That was unbelievable! As gracious as the offer was, we did not feel they needed to do both so we asked to just replace them. The towel material is great and the stitching flaws couldn't take away the overall value of the towels. The seller sent replacement towels and our boys were super excited! They also sent a letter explaining the issue they had with the towels and how they resolved them. Overall the seller exceeded our expectations on resolving our issue with the towels. Edited 01/04/2021: The company's owner reached out to me and apologized for the issues I had with this towel. She said there was a small number of products that didn't receive reinforced stitching and we must have received one. As a courtesy, they sent me a replacement plus an additional towel without me requesting either. I have washed both replacements and they look perfect with no issues on any seams. The customer service was refreshing and perfect as well. The only reason why I did not do 5 stars is because I wished the product had been great to begin with, but I understand things happen and I would definitely recommend both the product and this company to anyone considering purchasing this towel.I bought this for our son for Christmas and washed it right away because I knew he would want to use it after opening it. The hood ripped in at least 7 or 8 different spots, all around the horns and mouth. I washed according to care instructions. With wear and tear already, there is no way this would withstand use from a 2 year old boy. Super disappointed!!

Review Update:I initially gave this product one star due to the stitching coming apart on one of the towels that I purchased, but I am updating my review due to this company’s amazing response! The next day after I wrote this review, one of the cofounders reached out to me to not only apologize and give an explanation as to what happened, but offered a full refund and replacement of the damaged towel! I received the replacement towels days after she messaged me and they also gave me an extra towel along with a written apology! I’ve never dealt with customer service this impeccable in my life, and a company that stands behind their customers like this is one that needs to be acknowledged. I will be sure to refer them to all my friends with children, and to buy more of their products for my family and friends in the future!Old review:I have toddler twins, which means I buy everything in 2 — including this towel. I washed the towels when they arrived according to the instructions that came with it, and didn’t notice that one of the towels stitching had come undone after it’s initial wash! It was already the end of my girls bath when I grabbed the towel and noticed the tears along the seams of one, and by this time it was too late cause they’d already seen the new dinosaur towel and wanted it. The other towel seems fine so far, and the size, plus the material, are great, but I’m scared of the products longevity.

I purchased two of these towels and overall, they are really cute. However, they get a 3 star review because the nose of the face is stuffed, and after only two washes, a seam on the stuffed nose ripped open and the stuffing spilled out into my washing machine. It was a little frustrating to have to clean tiny balls of stuffing out of my machine and other laundry items. Also, note that the nose on the hood tends to flop down and cover a small child's eyes. Despite the issue with the hood, they are cute products and are large and soft. Perhaps the one ripped seam was an anomaly, the other towel is holding up well so far.UPDATE: The manufacturer read my review and reached out to me. She explained that there was an issue with the hoods on a small amount of their towels not being sewn properly. She apologized for the issue and with no prompting from me, offered to send me 2 new towels. Talk about great customer service! She also sent an extra towel as a gift. The extra was a rabbit towel, which worked out well because it doesn't have a big nose piece so it doesn't cover my smaller child's face. Very thoughtful! The new towels have been washed once and are holding up, so I changed my review to 5 stars. :)

Love it! A bit big for my tiny 2 year old, but we love it anyway!

Got this towel today. It’s thick and very cute but poorly made. Discovered that the seam pulled apart in one place in the first wash.Update: was contacted by the company several months later, and they have offered to send a new towel free of charge, so I am increasing my rating.

3 year old loves it. Wears it as a cape. The towel is a bit thin but dries well. Took about 2 weeks to arrive, so order early.
