Does the uklele stay in tune?

My wife is the one that plays this instrument. Typically she tunes it at the beginning of play and it does stay in tune for the rest of the day. Often the re-tuning from one day to the next is minor, if at all. So, I guess that answer is yes, for the most part it does stay in tune.
