How long does this last?

In the dark glass bottle with dropper in the frig, the 120ml (4 oz) refill lasts my wife and I several months, transferring into small 10ml bottles for use. But just got it in a new plastic dispenser bottle that's (intentionally?) wasteful and unlikely to last. The product is unparalleled, but I'm sending this package back.

I don't know the pH ( Timelessha.com should be able to help--I find their customer service to be on point), but common sense would dictate that the solution was acidic, given it's high Vitamin C concentration. I can tell you that this serum WORKS...it's as efficacious as a Skinceuticals formulation I was using at a fraction of the $150 I was paying. Good luck!

Hi, is the product clear and not gone yellow? Last time I ordered it was all oxidised.

Hi there, common misconception is that this product is "bad" if it's not clear. Per the manufacturer: When freshly manufactured, the 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid serum is cloudy and thick in appearance, with slight yellowing. As the serum begins to age it starts to clear up, then begins with hints of yellowing, which is normal due to the Ferulic Acid, not the vitamin C. As long as it is in a yellow state, it is okay to use.

How far out is the 4oz bottle expiration date (if you don't refrigerate it)? If you do refrigerate it, should it be put in fridge or freezer?

I honestly don't remember the exp dates, but I do keep it in the refrigerator and it stays nice and clear for several months (or until I use it up). I've been using this product for several years on my face, hands and arms and find the 4 oz is by far the best way to go. The prices flux considerably so keep an eye on that!
