A Helpful Addition to My Routine
As a disabled veteran who deals with gout, I have found Sports Research® Tart Cherry Fruit Complex 800 mg softgels to be a helpful addition to my daily wellness routine. In my personal experience, they have helped me feel more comfortable and supported when managing my gout-related issues. Do some research
So far after two weeks I'm sleeping better. And for those of you taking a GLP-1, I believe this supplement maybe helping the constipation problem. It's not made for this, but if you dig a little deeper you'll find a correlation between polyphenols, water and your gut. I sure hope it keeps working.

I'm giving this 3 stars because I take this on a daily basis and my supply was low. Product has not yet arrived and right now scheduled for delivery - 2 full weeks after my order. Otherwise, this is an excellent supplement. My chiropractor suggested I use it for joint inflammation and has been working well.
